I was the fortunate winner of Sinclaire's Furnasaurus contest! I entered on my mother's behalf, and she won a full replacement of her 60 year old system. The crew at Sinclaire couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. They handled everything with true professionalism, and it was obvious they all had a strong passion for their work. I would strongly recommend Sinclaire for any home system repairs in the future.

Sinclaire provides excellent service! Our furnace stopped working and we called to ask for a technician to visit and troubleshoot. We called at 8:30 am and the technician was there by 11 am. Problem was quickly identified and fixed by mid-day. The technician, Frank, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were so impressed that we decided to sign up for their service plan which covers all HVAC systems. Huge relief to have this fixed before major upcoming storm and brutal temps.

I had a great experience working with Sinclaire for the replacement of two HVAC systems in my home. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through how the systems work, what was being installed, and why certain decisions were made.

I was especially impressed by their attention to detail. They showed me the finished work before wrapping up. Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear they take pride in doing things the right way.

Service was very thorough. Serviceman was respectful of my property and he gave me a lot of good information regarding my heating system. Serviceman was quick, friendly and very well informed on the workings of my heating system.

Had heating system replaced on an emergency basis. All people involved from service manager to technicians on job where some on the easiest and nicest people to talk to. Techs where neat and job is one of the cleanest installs I’ve seen in a long time. I am hard to please with when it comes to quality work and I can honestly say there is nothing I can complain about. I will recommend Sinclair to anyone that needs top quality service and installation. This company takes pride in what they do.

On 1/27/26, while checking the pipes in the basement at home, I noticed there was a drop of water in one of the cast iron pipe. At first glance, I could not decipher if it was a problem or not, until I got the flash light and saw a hole in the cast iron pipe. My reaction was, oh my God! I needed to act fast before things could get complicated. In the past, I had bad experiences with ANGI List and Thumbtack apps. and will not recommend those sites as MOST of the personnel are not pro's and are without pro licenses. Fought to get my money back.
This time, I decided to get local in the area of Norwood. I called Sinclaire Home Services, since they have an office close to home and saw their good reviews. From the first contact with the customer service representative (I think her name is Jill? sorry if misspelled), she was very helpful and professional helping me getting a technician as soon as possible and especially when people needed home service due to the past snowstorm. Members will come first and I was not a member. I explained to her my situation and right away she scheduled an appointment for the following day at 8:00 a.m., the technician that arrived his name is Zach. Very punctual, professional and full of knowledge. He checked the area and found the big issue. He gave me two estimates, depending on how much of the iron cast I would like to replaced and gave me some advice without putting pressure. Most of the other iron cast pipe still in good condition, so I decided to replaced the most damaged part. Zach was at home today 1/29/26 by 8:00 a.m. It took him 4+ hours, but the work he did was worth it. The new pipe looks neat, sealed and well installed. Also, Zach left everything cleaned in the basement area he was working.

Additionally, I became a diamond member for a reasonable fee (depends what you want for service at home) and I got automatically a 15% discount of the work that was done, saving me $300+ from my final statement. Definitely, I am very satisfied with Sinclaire Home Services and also want to say thanks to Paul, who contacted me to follow up with the work done by Zach. Kudos for the company. Will recommend.

We had a boiler installed yesterday, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

The sales process with Ben was great — he gave us plenty of options to choose from, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and really helped guide us in the right direction without any pressure.

On installation day, Dave and Vinny were awesome. They were professional, polite, and very informative throughout the process. You could truly tell how proud they were of their work, and it showed in the quality of the installation.

I would absolutely recommend Sinclair Home Services to anyone looking for a smooth, professional experience.

Asked for an estimate to install a faucet, the lady on the phone told me they won't charge me for an estimate. The guy who came told me he will waive the fee (scam artist ). for the estimate ..little does he know they told me there was no fee. And the price will be 850 to install my own faucet or if i wanted to use there faucet it will be 1300 just to install a faucet. Moral of the story, he tried to rip me off. I got it installed for 250 from someone else. Over priced scam artists. Go with RCL or Cullen plumbing.
