We both thought that there must be a smaller company with hard working honest guys around that do AC work. Google brought us to
JN Service HVAC & Plumbing.
Junior actually answered his phone on a Saturday and he came out right away to assess our unit. Our 27 year old Carrier was on it`s last legs. He made every attempt to fix the problem with the old unit but in the end the rust and corrosion won out.

He was on time and professional. Fair price, good work and personable. We had a new Trane installed and working within
a week and a half of my first call to JN Service. NO WAY would a
large company have that quick turnaround !

I would absolutely recommend Junior and JN Service to my friends, family and neighbors.

They did a really job, cleaning out our dryer vent to get the dryer back to heating/drying the clothes. The dryer actually runs even better too! Will definitely be using JN service yearly for maintenance. I loved that they wore shoe Booties in the house as to not track in the germs from outside. There was a miscommunication on the final price But they handled it and I was left satisfied. Definitely book with JN Service HVAC & Plumbing, you won't regret it!

I highly recommend JN Service! After two weeks of having had a different technician “repair” my air conditioner unit, i called JN Service to get a different opinion. Junior was very responsive and was able to come to my house very quickly. He recommended to replace the condenser, which he was able to do in less than 24 hours. Junior is very professional, responsive, and punctual, which I have struggled to find in prior technicians. My air conditioner is working perfectly now and couldn’t be happier with the service i received!

I got a call from them when I post the issue with in seconds to set the appointment which also was very fast in just few hours. I got assign with a technician named “Robert” he was on time and was very wonderful guy. He knows what is he doing and what is the problem with in 1 hour the issue got resolved and I like the quickest solution thank you Robert for your expertise.

Mario, who came this morning 10/22/24, is a great guy, very friendly, and a great worker. He did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond. The pricing was great, and I will definitely recommend JN service to others. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing or hvac work I need done . Junior, the owner who came the first time also a great guy and nice to work with. They are a great team.

Our central air wasn’t working and was an older system. They came quickly, showed up when they said they would, and stayed until the job was finished. There were some communication confusion about what work was being done, but overall they did what they promised for the price quoted and we are pleased.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service call. First off all of the people I worked with amazing 10/10. All props to these hard working young men. We had an issue we called Thursday. Friday we had someone to look it over. Then Monday morning they were here on site! I am so grateful for them I finally have HVAC right before winter! I went to look at the job this morning great service. No mess at all nearly impossible to come across these days.

Also as they worked, I was studying for finals this week and they able to complete the job fast and quit! Can’t thank them enough.

Junior & his team are amazing! Junior was very patient with me and my many questions and was very responsive! I had originally booked them to change my heating system from oil to gas but had my hot water tank give out on a Saturday night. I contacted Junior Sunday morning and within an hour his team was at the house! I cannot say enough good things about them and look forward to working with them in the near future!

Robert was able to figure out my issue was related to the new furnace after I was told it couldn't be the furnace install. Robert was was very professional as well as a pleasant person to deal with.

My furnace got damaged during a flood (the whole state had a huge rainstorm) and Junior was able to get it running in a day, very happy with the service was knowledgeable and reviewed the work with me.

He quickly identified the issue with our furnace and got the heat back up and running in no time. I am very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. JN Service is a top notch company. My AC was not working properly( yes during the heatwave). A tech arrived to diagnose the problem and an appointment was scheduled. The techs replaced the condenser parts and the thermostat, staying to be sure it was cooling. All the techs were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with questions asked.
I highly recommend JN service for all your HVAC needs.

Don’t fall for the sale on heat pump. It doesn’t work in NE when the weather is cold!
They also don’t follow the 3 business day no hassle refund as MA law. We gave them deposit and call them immediately for cancel, they won’t give the deposit back! Had to go court to get it back. Bad business service, not honest people.
