Great experience with JN HVAC & Plumbing. They responded right away to two requests I had. One to replace a toilet and another to install a washer & dryer. Friendly, professional service and communication. Very accommodating to rush requests and schedule changes. Their use of Jobber for appointments, confirmations and invoices also made things very easy. They also responded positively when asked to fix a part that needed attention after installation. I recommend!

I recently had trouble with my thermostat on my HVAC. Despite it being a very warm summer JN services was able to fit me in on the same day and stayed for as long as it took to get my HVAC running. I recently had to replace the entire A/C system in my home, which included the A/C unit, condenser, and both main and sub-tranches for all air ducts. Junior provided a fair and competitive quote for the project.

What truly impressed me was their execution. We were living in our home with a newborn throughout the entire A/C installation, but the crew took extra precautions to tape off the work areas and minimize dust. They consistently cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, ensuring a tidy environment. The project was completed on time and within the agreed schedule.

Their after-sales service is also notable. When we discovered a faulty pump, Junior promptly sent a crew to resolve the issue.

What impressed me the most was that they weren’t just trying to sell me something, but really acting as consultants guiding me on what would make the most sense long-term. That approach gave me confidence, and I’m very happy with the decision I made.

Junior is very pleasant & extremely knowlegable and professional! He had me up & running within 5 minutes! Unfortunately, the following morning the hot water shut off again. Since I'd paid him clise to $300.00 the day before I called Junior who said I need a whole new hot water system for over $5000.00! The cirrent system he supposedly fixed is only 2 years old so I doubt if an entire new one is necessary.
Note: Today Junior stopped by, got the hot water running again, showed me how to reset it & explained that the 2 yr old heater is a bad brand. I'm changing the company's earing back to 5 stars! Excellent service! 😀
