Reviews of local pros in Walpole, Massachusetts

My carpets were in rough shape—so much so that I was almost embarrassed to have anyone come clean them. Horizons Carpet Cleaning came this morning and I can’t believe how fantastic my carpets look now. I thought it would cost a lot more for this level of carpet cleaning, but I was pleasantly surprised. The carpets look spotless and I’m really satisfied with the results. Everyone I spoke to, both on the phone and in person, was friendly and helpful. I had a friend visiting soon, and they were able to fit me in for an appointment just in time. Billy, who came to do the cleaning, was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was completely happy with the service. I truly appreciate the effort and care. I highly recommend this service to anyone nearby and will definitely use them again to keep my carpets looking fresh!

Horizons Carpet Cleaning arrived right when they said they would and took care of cleaning both the upstairs and downstairs carpets at the same time. Billy and Miguel were friendly, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. I was impressed with how they used little corner protectors on the walls to keep the hoses from leaving any marks or scuffs. The whole carpet cleaning process was very thorough, quicker and quieter than I thought it would be. Now my carpets look fresh and clean, and the whole place smells great. The service was professional, punctual, and affordable. I’ll definitely call them again for my next cleaning!

I needed to get my carpets cleaned before putting my house up for sale. The team arrived in Walpole really quickly and gave me an estimate that matched the final price—no surprises. Billy was upfront about what could be cleaned and what to expect, and honestly, the carpets looked way better than I thought they would. I had a minor issue during the process, but when I reached out, they listened carefully and were very professional and polite in handling everything. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Horizons Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning all three floors of my carpets. After my husband was unwell, it was really important for me to have the carpets sanitized and steam cleaned before he came home. I reached out to a few places on a Sunday, but Horizons Carpet Cleaning got back to me first thing Monday morning. They quickly scheduled an estimate for the next day and gave me a very fair and affordable price, so I decided to go ahead with them. Billy and his partner arrived right on time and worked efficiently, finishing everything in about two hours. Now my carpets look spotless and feel fresh, making my whole house smell clean. I highly recommend giving them a try if you want great carpet cleaning and friendly service.

Terrible communication, didn’t show up when supposed to and very shady over the phone. Would never use again

My home smells fresher and feels cleaner after their visit. The team was polite and worked with care.

Beware of this "business". Shame on me for being so naive, but I do not believe they are legitimate after paying them for services that were not actually completed to resolution (if at all).

Andrew worked methodically and protected all surfaces.

The technicians arrived on time, were very thorough, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. Highly recommended!
