Right from the first phone call (which his wife answered) to schedule the visit to provide an estimate, to subsequent texts, emails and phone calls, communication was never an issue and Jon always kept me abreast of the plan. He also arranged a new irrigation system for us through P J Pappas Company, Inc, who coordinated their work seamlessly with Jon’s crew. Everything went smoothly and now our lawn looks beautiful. Jon and his crew has been my landscaper for the past five years . They have been professional, kind and never once have I or my husband been disappointed with my choice. They have not only provided me with lawn services, when I was looking into adding a white six foot fence they installed it. The next season I was interested in adding a brick patio to the back yard and I contacted them . I now have a brick patio that I get compliments on. I also inquired about an irrigation system he referred me to Pappas Irrigation, which was his uncles company . All in all great people and company.

What a HIGHLY recommended company!! I was referred to Lawn Jon Services over 5+ years ago, and I have been impressed ever since. They are always on time, efficient, informative and most important very professional. My home has a few odd angled slopes and they expertly suggested doing a mulched area with plants that are easy to maintain which make those areas seem dressed as well as not hard to reach while watering now too! They also do amazing masonry work, I have an entirely new set of safe back stairs to my garden now, which is such a show piece when entertaining guests. I recently moved to Waltham and needed a landscaper. I looked at reviews on Yelp, and Jon had the best reviews. I made an appointment, he showed up on time, we walked around the yard, he listened to what I wanted and he offered some of his own good suggestions. The most recent job he did for me was to replace a part of my lawn that had just been allowed to be an overgrown mess with 17 arborvitae bushes. This was his idea and it turned out great. His team is great, show up on time, very polite. I am really happy with Jon and his services.

Lawn Jon Services is a very professional and easy to work with company. I met with Jon, the owner, and wanted a retaining wall and patio. Jon recommend blue stone, because it’s a natural stone that needs minimal maintenance. Jon and his team were able to fit me into his schedule and did great work. Highly recommend them!
