He gave clear explanations of what he was doing, gave a detailed estimate of the work, stayed within the budget, and finished earlier than expected. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up. The shower looks great. If you need tile work, S and W is a great choice.

After several failed attempts to get a tile installer to call us back, I was amazed and delighted when Wes returned my call within an hour of my voicemail. I uploaded photos of the floor tile we wanted to install as well as photos of our existing bathroom. Highly recommending S&W Tile! It was great that the work was high quality, but so was the service. We were presented with many options to solve the issue we were having, and we never felt forced to just pick the most expensive option. They suggested we do what makes the most sense for us, but made sure we knew every option available to us. They showed up timely, are great at answering questions, and completed the work timely as well. Definitely recommend using them for future tile needs!

I am so happy that I found Wes and S&W tile. Wes completely demoed, waterproofed, and re-tiled our main bathroom after we had discovered mold in our shower due to a previously inadequately waterproofed renovation. S&W did a great job with our shower surround. Our original surround unfortunately had started to leak, so we contracted S&W to replace it. Wes and team worked cleanly and efficiently and the work was completed much quicker than we'd expected! We really appreciated his willingness to find solutions to some of the oddities of our bathroom to ensure the best-looking result. He was communicative and happy to explain his thought process. I have recommended S&W tile for over a decade now ever since meeting Wes on one of my plumbing jobs. He was incredibly efficient and had answer and resolutions for issues, He helped me be able to explain certain water damages to customers.
