We were in a jam! We needed someone reliable to do a move-in clean out for my older parents on the day they were closing on their condo and the person we had initially hired was unable to follow through. I found recommendations for several cleaning services, including Boston Flawless Homes, and frantically left messages with all of them. Within minutes, Catielly reached out to me, worked within the limitations of my parents’ schedule, and arrived promptly and as promised. She and her crew were thorough and attentive to detail. They were indeed flawless! I would not trust my parents’ welfare to just anyone, but Catielly and her crew were brilliant. I would recommend them highly!

Boston Flawless homes has been our house cleaners for almost 10 years. They are truly part of our Family. They leave our home immaculate when they are done. If we ever want specific things done they are always happy to help. On cleaning day I can't wait to get home to a pristine home and gleaming floors and shining appliances. They even let our dogs out for us.We cannot possibly recommend them any higher.

Catielly and her team had taken care of my home for over 5 years before I moved from Boston. It was always impeccably clean, and they always went the extra mile to make sure the extras were done. She’s flexible, reliable and trustworthy (she would enter my home while I was in the office). She not only took care of my home quickly and efficiently, she and her team always took a few minutes to make sure my dog had plenty of scratches. We miss her team!

The woodwork and floors were shining and they managed to get rid of 45 years of dust. They also showed up when they said they would and were able to take on the job very quickly. By far this is the best experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. Their attention to details is incredible!

I was referred to Flawless Homes service the day off and they were able to provide a cleaning same day. Communication was excellent, arrival was punctual and a very informative cleaning, sharing issues with the newly leased apartment.

Do NOT hire this company.
I hired them for a deep cleaning of a completely empty house before we moved in—just the kitchen (no fridge), dishwasher, 3.5 bathrooms, and laundry machines. It should’ve been a simple and thorough job, but the results were extremely disappointing.

The cleaning was rushed and incomplete. We found obvious areas that were untouched—dust, grime, and dirt in places that should have been basic to clean. When we pointed this out, they agreed to come back the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, even after their second visit, many things were still left dirty.

Now, more than a month later, as we’ve finally moved in, we’re still discovering spots they completely missed. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially after paying for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning.

We hired them because we needed a clean home before moving in, and they failed to deliver. If you're considering this company, don’t. Save yourself the stress and hire someone who actually takes pride in their work.
