We've used 4points Cleaning Services consistently for 4 months. They have been phenomenal. They communicate the day before and let us know their estimated arrival time and are always very punctual. They are so kind and careful inside our home. Most importantly, they do a great job cleaning. We have a very fluffy dog and they handle all the pet hair and dirt so well!

Joze and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment and repairing the walls after we moved out. The apartment was spotless, and they were a joy to work with: extremely professional and friendly at the same.

They charged $100/hour for the cleaning and a flat $200 for the repairs, which seem quite good to me for the quality of their work.

We didn't have the best experience with Freshlar, it was actually a bit odd. My 77 year old aunt is selling her home, so I helped her do some research on cleaning companies. After seeing all the positive reviews, and receiving prompt reply from Freshlar, we moved forward with booking with them. I had initially reached out and confirmed an appointment for Tuesday at 7:30 am. I forwarded them my aunt's phone number so they could coordinate. The night before they reached out to my aunt directly via text to confirm, and she stated that she won't be there at 7:30 to let them in, but her daughter Penny will be, and that she would be arriving later with the stagers. They confirmed that was ok, and mentioned that because we got snow they would be closer to 8 am. No problem. Tuesday morning came and they texted me asking if they can park in the garage. I told them the garage was full of items that had been moved from the home already, but the driveway was fine. I think there may have been a language barrier because then she texted "will you look at my house please?" Not understanding her, I explained that I'm not on site, but Penny is and sent them her number. I told her it would be best if she reached out to her directly to coordinate parking, as she's already there. She wrote back that "she's sending the girls away because this is confusing and scary." I asked her to please give me a call so I could clarifying anything that was confusing. She didn't call, so after a couple of minutes I called her and it was rejected. I called Penny who confirmed that no one was ever even there, and she had been waiting since 7:45. (It was now close to 8:30). Penny also tried calling and texting the number, and they ignored her. It felt like an excuse on their end to cancel, because there weren't ever any "girls" to send away. No one had shown up. It was stressful to say the least, only because stagers were to be arriving later that day so we were on a time crunch. I sent a message to another company I had also initially reached out to, Pollys Cleaning Service, and they were incredible! Given the circumstance they fit us in same day and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend them for helping us out in a pinch. Freshlar, not so much.
