The technician responded within minutes and was at my house less than 24 hours later. He did a terrific job shampooing and cleaning our couch and wall to wall carpeting. Did the job quickly and efficiently is so nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Was happy with the communication and availability needed some couches and an area rug cleaned due to a new puppy issue. Liked that they were local i would definitely use them again felt happy and comfortable with their service provided.

Beware of this company! They are liars. I called them and they quoted me a total of $227 for 2 armchairs and a sofa. When the person performing the cleaning arrived he told me the price was $679. I explained to him that I had been quoted a different price and then he started giving me a discount of 10%. I the called the office and spoke to the same person that had given me the initial quote and she said that I had never asked for a deep cleaning and $679 was the correct price. I was beyond myself and told the person to came to do the cleaning to leave my house

Spilled coffee 3 am freaked out. The owner responded 5 am and the tech cleaned everything up by 9 40 am. Super fast and professional. The pulled out lint shown on my rug is from my cat not the technicians or their work. Will 10 out of 10 come back in the future.
