I hired Freshlar Cleaning Services to clean my home. I asked the lady if she could start with the linen closet, she said it wasn't that bad and it was hidden. She disregarded what I said and started cleaning in the kitchen. Apparently, this cleaning company doesn't clean where you can't see. She was speaking with the other lady that was helping her in Spanish. She said I was locao. The two cleaning ladies didn't realize I understood Spanish. I know locoa means crazy. I didn't appreciate her saying that about me in front of my 11 year old daughter who also understands Spanish. It made my daughter upset! I had to tell the cleaning ladies to leave. Me and my daughter did their job. I highly don't recommend hiring this company.
P.S. Make sure you read all the reviews. Especially, the review about the 77 year old lady the cleaning ladies left hanging with no one to clean her home. They are very mean cleaning ladies. The cleaning ladies are only cleaning houses to make money. Not to make customers happy to come home to a clean house. Barbara came back in this morning, she texted me and said I can come back in and finsing cleaning your apartment for free so I said ok. This morning Barbara comes into my home and cleans everything, Then she tells me I can't finish organizing your bedroom I have another client. This is how Barbara left my bedroom. Here are some images. The Owner Barbara posted a review from 11 months ago under my review. She is reposting good reviews because she knows she was in the wrong leaving my bedroom unorganized. If you read her reviews people talk about how good she did with not only cleaning their homes, but organizing their homes as well. For the life of me I don't know why she didn't organize my bedroom. She left my bedroom unfinished. That's UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The technician's crew was very friendly even though we have a troublesome dog in the house. They showed up on time and was definitely very helpful in negotiating a very fair price. As the ladies started to clean i can tell they were very thorough. They worked hard and diligently. Very pleased with the job they did in cleaning our bathroom and kitchen area. I work twelve hours a day and i am in a wheelchair so it is very difficult for me to clean a lot of areas in my apartment. My mind was already put at ease when i met the lead and she let me know what she could do. Coming home i was blown away at what they had done. The apartment didn't look this good when i moved in. To say they went above and beyond my expectations would be a gross understatement of the fantastic job they did. They really helped me feel like i got my home back. They have won a customer for as long as i live here because i don't think it's possible to have done a better job.
