This is the most impressive company!! I emailed about a small job - was given some options options for them to come out and look. Edras called 5 minutes before arriving for the initial appointment, looked at my small pruning job which involved climbing and was able to fit me in quickly. Professional, responsive and on time. He came and did the work quickly - you would never know they were here - not one branch left behind. Quality company - I highly recommend!!!

BEWARE: This guy, Edras, plays a lot of games. He comes and looks at the job and throws an estimate at you but refuses to put it in writing. He uses vague language as to what exactly the scope of his work will cover. I tried multiple times, but failed to get him to spell out whether his price included what I had asked him to do. He throws in a "base price" at you for "what HE wants to do" but not what YOU asked him to do; then he wants to charge you extra for this and extra for that. Don't waste your time. Tree service companies are dime a dozen and there's no need to deal with unethical people.

UPDATE ON 8/30/2023:
The vendor's response is totally dishonest and untrue and another reason not to do business with him. I never changed the scope of the job. I had all along given him exact and detailed description of what I needed to be done. I have at least a half dozen texts and emails to back that up. From the beginning, he engaged in using vague language in what he was going to do. When I pressed him multiple times if the job included the specifics that I had asked him, he would simply not reply, or would say something like "we would do what is best". You are not the decision maker buddy! If I am paying you, I decide what I want done, not you!

I had Medina Tree Services at my daughters home. The adjacent property to hers had a large amount of trees and branches covering her house. They were trimmed..removed and it looked fabulous

If I could, I would give them a ten. We had 6 trees taken down. His crew came, took down the trees, got rid of stumps, raked and cleaned our yard. All of this was done in 4 1/2 hours. Our yard looked better than when they arrived. They did the job for the quoted price at the agreed time.

I own 66 units in the Watertown/Cambridge area and have used Medina Tree Service exclusively on all my properties, from small jobs to enormous trees. First off, their prices are ultra competitive, always beating my other quotes. Owner Edras and his crew are early on the job site and leave the property looking immaculate when they're done. Safety is very important to me, as my properties are on busy roads with lots of traffic - people and cars. Medina Tree Service always maintains a safe site and we've never had an incident or complaint. Their climbers are very talented, professional and cautious. TRY MEDINA TREE SERVICE ONCE AND YOU WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER TREE COMPANY AGAIN.

Edras and his team did a great job of removing some trees and stumps..as well as chipping a lot of brush and branches. Edras was very responsive in giving me a (reasonable) quote and scheduling the job. They arrived on time...they were very efficient...and friendly. I'm going to use Medinaagain to prune/shape my shrubs in a couple of months.

We had Medinas tree service out for an estimate on May 26th to trim and remove trees. We agreed to proceed with the work and Tito told us it would be 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before they could come to our house. Well true to his word Tito and his crew arrived exactly as promised at 8 AM today June 11th.

The precision and professionalism of the work that was performed was beyond expectations. Medinas tree service is a well oiled machine. All of the employees knew their role In the work and performed it very well. You would not even know there was work done when you saw the clean up efforts.

Medina’s Tree Service is TOP NOTCH!!!! Please give them an opportunity to provide an estimate when you need work done.

Medina Tree Service did an exceptional job removing 4 large pine trees. 2 of the trees were in very rough condition and 2 were starting to show similar signs so we decided to have them all removed. Medina fit us in, showed up with 5 total guys and did an amazing/professional job removing all 4. They did not damage any surrounding plants/lawn then did a phenomenal job cleaning up including stump grinding. Highly recommend them!

We hired Medina Tree Service to remove a difficult tree from our back yard. They were very responsive from the start and all the details (time and price) were negotiated beforehand and there were no surprises. They are very professional and the tree was removed safely and efficiently. They left no mess behind and I would hire them again in the future without a hesitation.

We needed a large tree removed from our back yard - so we searched out and requested several quotes from several tree removal services. Medina Tree Services was in our neighborhood, and they provided a very reasonable quote, which beat out the competition hands down. Medina did an amazing job with three large trees in a tricky spot in our backyard. They were efficient, neat and true professionals. Will definitely use them again!

Medina's Tree Service was removing trees from my neighbor's home in Voorhees; NJ and I requested an estimate from them for the removal of about 7 rather large scrub pine trees that were touching our 4-story home roof which we had were concerns with falling onto our house with a storm or heavy wind/ and or snow. Tito Medino walked the property, and we tagged the trees along with several other trees which he recommended to be removed which were dead. I also wanted to prune back overhanging oak tree branches from my neighbor's tree which deposit acorns onto our driveway. We agreed upon the price; I emailed his wife who I believe is the office manager. We discussed dates as he was booking 2 weeks out depending upon weather. Business insurance was sent by e-mail, and I received a text about 4 days prior. The job started at 8:00AM promptly and ended about 1:30PM. I was impressed by the meticulous prep for the job which required getting heaving tree lifting equipment to the rear of our yard. Protective mats were placed on the grass for the moving tree lift to get access. A small section of our fence was removed. 6 workers with hard hats, protective goggles and protective gear worked as a team. Pine trees over 30 feet tall were sectioned and fed through their chipper truck at the curb. Sections of tree were carefully looped away from striking our house and or my neighbors. Safety for workers and property were important to us. The stumps were ground flat. Sprinkler heads were tagged to be avoided. The cleanup crew removed all debris, branches, wood dust and remounted our fence section and gate. The lift was then used to prune back high branches off a large oak tree off the driveway as well. Mr. Medino inspected the site, and we paid by bank check. This is clearly his field of work expertise, and he has all of the tools, equipment and experienced work crew to get the job done. He gets 5 stars from my husband and I and I will use his service without hesitation for any future tree removal elective and or emergency services.

I have had great experiences with Edras and his team over the past few years. I first used their tree removal services about 5 years ago for a tree that was on my property but was endangering my neighbors property. The team was thorough, responsive and timely, and the price could not be beat by any others in the area (I had several quotes).

5 years later and part of a tall pine tree fell and landed, very fortunately, gently against my roof doing minimal damage during a windstorm on Easter Sunday morning. I knew exactly who to call, and Medina Tree Services took care of the rest. They first took care of the damaged/fallen parts of the tree, and they were gracious in allowing me some time to work with homeowner's insurance before they removed the rest/ground the stump. They came back quickly after I settled with insurance, and did another exemplary job.

I have one more tree I'd like to address in the coming weeks, and I'll be happy to have Edras and his team back once more. In the Greater Boston/Metrowest area, I'd strongly recommend considering this team for your tree removal and related services!

Medina Tree Service is simply outstanding! They beautifully trimmed the many trees in our property; removed an exceptionally large very old tree that was dying (and some smaller ones); removed a dense ivy cover in our front yard, leveled the soil, and installed a new lawn. The area was also meticulously planted with new shrubbery. They fully landscaped the yard. The yard makeover has received countless compliments from neighbors and others. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly for their reliable, professional and first-rate work!
