We had a bunch of big branches of a tree fall down Christmas evening during high winds, fortunately didn't disturb anything. Called and spoke to Carlos that night and he said he would come out at 8:00am the next morning. Carlos arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He gave me a very reasonable price and they did a great job! Highly recommend and will call them for future tree stuff.

Couldn't be happier with Carlos and the team at Velasquez Tree Service. Carlos was very helpful when he first came out to assess the trees I wanted down, felt the quote was very fair and most importantly they did great work. My only regret is that I wasn't home to watch all the fun. But neighbors did send videos saying they were very impressed!

Had 80ft pine fall in snow storm in my front yard and neighbors. Carlos came on time for a quote and quoted hundreds less then other tree companies he also sent proof of insurance with the quote. Come the day of clean up him and his crew were early and finished the job in the time frame he gave me. The gentleman that came out to give me a quote very professional. The crew that came out to take the tree down they were great. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a tree taken down very respectful of my Neighbors property. They did a great job.they beat every estimate I received.

Velasquez tree service did a great job through all aspects of the job: quoting, timeliness, communication, execution. They took down a very tall pine and trimmed large branches on an oak for me. Both trees were overhanging my house with difficult access. They worked carefully and safely, and cleaned up after. Carlos was great to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with this family owned business. They came to give a bid, and gave it to me on the spot. We were booked 12 days later, they came to give promptly at 8 AM, and. Were finished 3 hours later, and I was impressed with the expertise, tree climbing ability, and they clean up. It was immaculate. The apple trees are now in full bloom and look spectacular. They also removed an overgrown climbing hydrangea vine from the top of our pergola. Their prices are extremely competitive. They are a hard working and dedicated family. Highly recommend!

Bartlett has been treating the trees and shrubs at my parents property for the past year and we are are very happy with the results! Our Rhododendron shrubs are packed with buds and we are looking forward to seeing their flowers this coming year.

We have been very impressed with Wes and the team at Bartlett. Unfortuantely, we had a large limb on our beech tree fall, and do a lot of damage to a car and it could have severly injured someone if they were under it. There already were 3 dead trunks that we were planning on removing, and this one falling forced our decision to take down the tree. Throughout the process Wes was veery helpful, and understanding regarding our dismay at the loss of this 150 year tree that was a cornerstone on our property. The team came when they were supposed to and were very professional; even cutting pieces of the tree for us to use to make bowls and a coffee table. I will definitely hire them again.

I have rarely reviewed a business but Bartlett deserves a shout out for excellent service. Matt Shields is my rep. First, we hired them for a trim job for a tree encroaching on our house. The workers were nice, neat and pretty impressive up in that tree. Ironically, they trimmed the wrong branch but I told Matt and they were back ASAP to trim the correct one. To me a good business is not one that doesn't make mistakes (we all do) but one that handles things well when they do make them. Second, my family decided to get chickens for fresh eggs as a project during the pandemic. I thought wood chips would be great for the coop. They dropped off a pile in my driveway today giving me as much as I wanted FOR FREE! Good customer service. Safe neat work. Thanks Matt and Bartlett Tree Experts.

Our arborist rep, Chloe Poole, always responds quickly, analyzes the problem, sometimes simple, other times not, & then sees to it that the task, be it treating a disease or merely pruning, is done by skilled workmen & women, promptly & efficiently without disrupting or damaging surrounding flora. Highly recommend.

We hired Bartlett for a small yard with multiple trees that needed hard pruning/trim work. Not only was the price extremely reasonable but the two gentleman that did the work were polite, communicative and took pride in their work.

Bartlett provided us with the kind of full service work that seems to be a lost art these days. Both gentleman working from the bucket using hand pruners to take care for where and what they cut was inspiring. They also took time to be very careful over our neighbors property line and the street.

The tree experts at NTS did an amazing job taking down a dead tree and replacing an old fence. We highly recommend them and when we need future tree work, they'll be the first service we contact.

Abner and his crew cut down a large tree that was leaning towards the house. They were very professional. They removed the tree and removed a few dead trees without charging extra. They were efficient and neat. They left no mess and did a great job. I would highly recommend Norfolk Tree Service.
