our carpets look fantastic after the cleaning. the final price was higher than the first estimate i got over the phone, but robert was really understanding and adjusted the price so it was much closer to what i expected. he worked hard and the carpets came out looking fresh and clean. a couple of closets weren’t cleaned, but i think the doors were closed so it was easy to miss. everything else was spotless, and the house smells so much better now. customer service was friendly, and the results were great. i would definitely use them again and recommend to friends looking for quality carpet cleaning.

Calvin was fantastic! I needed a carpet cleaning right away, but my regular cleaner wasn’t available. I reached out to Best Waltham Carpet Cleaners, and Calvin was able to fit me in, even on a Saturday morning. Our carpets were in rough shape, with lots of stains from two kids and a dog. Calvin pretreated the worst spots with a fresh citrus-scented stain remover and then steam cleaned the whole house using powerful truck-mounted equipment. I could actually see the steam coming out of the hose! The carpets felt warm and dried much faster than with other services I've used before. I was truly impressed with the results—the stains were almost completely gone.

Called & spoke with someone on Thursday to get a price for a rug cleaning. They were eager to come, said, "we can come today", but I scheduled for the following Monday. Was given a time window 3-5pm. We removed a full room of furniture off the rug (chairs, tables, sofa). On day of appointment, I called at 4:30pm to confirm arrival time, was told it would be more like 6pm as they were running late. I told them fine it was OK to show up later. At 5:59pm they called and cancelled, said their office over booked them & would not be coming.

This company has my rug and refuses to give it back. Unfortunately, I chose them to service my silk wool blend rug and was told that I would get an estimate for the deep cleaning part of it. The company moved ahead without permission to the deep cleaning portion of the rug, which actually cost more than the rug itself.

I just want my rug back and I can't get it back. They are holding it hostage until I pay the full amount of both cleanings, which I did not agree to. I'm likely going to be charged fees on top of everything for storage. I've tried multiple times to get the owner to talk on the phone with me, and now I'm trying to go to small claims to get my rug back. The number is now disconnected, people will not speak to me, and the next step is to get the police involved.... Just so I can take them to court to get my rug back
