Mauricio was referred to me by my realtor and responded to my request for cleaning right away. He gave a very detailed, thorough estimate after going through every room of my house to understand what needed to be done.

Mauricio and his team showed up on the days scheduled (note that he also accommodated a change in schedule from me without hesitation) and worked very hard all day. He had me inspect all their work to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Mauricio also came back to clean the gutter the next day as it was included even though it took longer without any additional charges or complaints.

I had to do a move-out cleaning. I contacted Clarita's due to the Google reviews... and all of them are right. Impeccable service, professionalism, punctuality,... anything that you can ask. The results were really impressive (even my landlord was really impressed). And the prices are really reasonable. I wish that the house I will be moving forward would had been cleaned by Clarita's (is too far for them though :-( ).

Clarita's cleaning service was outstanding! The service is very professional and thoughtful. I hired the service for a move out clean, mainly of the kitchen appliances, but the service was much more. Clarita's cleaned the kitchen chandelier until it sparkled and even changed the bulbs! The cleaners are prompt, courteous and thorough. The price is reasonable. I used Clarita’s Cleaning after moving into a new house. While the the prior tenant said it was cleaned before moving in, it was not up to standard. Consequently, I called Clarita’s Cleaning (CC) for a Deep Cleaning/Move In clean.

CC was immediately responsive and was able to book an appointment in less than 24 hours. The CC team was great and very professional. Our house was spotless without a speck of dust. They went behind the washer/dryer and cleaned the stove/oven. Will definitely use them again on a recurring basis.

I met with one of the cleaners from Clarita's and we went through the house while he took detailed notes. Three cleaners arrived as promised at the time we had agreed upon. I went back later in the day and the house sparkled. The cleaning was thorough and detailed. Places that I hadn't cleaned in 23 years were beautiful. The wood floors never looked so good, and the house was immaculate. It even smelled great! They have cleaned our gutters (which were packed full of leaves) and not only cleared them out but wiped each one down BY HAND!

When we were moving and needed a deep clean of the house to put it on the market they came in and spent a day and a half making it perfect. This is no small feat in a home with 5 bedrooms, where four young children and a dog have been living! They deep cleaned every room from top to bottom, washed the carpets, the windows/screens, and even helped us with the shed and the greenhouse. Our realtor was floored when he saw the work that Clarita’s cleaning did in our home. I just wish I would have had it done sooner so I could enjoy it!!!
