The Clarita's team is very kind and they are very thorough in their regular cleanings. After our first deep clean, the apartment was cleaner than the day we moved in.

They were efficient, trustworthy and very communicative during their cleaning. I would use them again without a hesitation. 5 stars isn't enough for them: I would give them 10 stars or higher:-)

Mauricio and Olga came quickly to clean up a very dirty apartment that smelled like cats. They went above and beyond, interior windows, shampooing, washing walls, even cleaning old, old dirty dishes. They were very responsive and checked with me about my wishes.

We hired Clarita's after our previous cleaning company was no longer available on Saturdays. Before the cleaners started all of our requests were reviewed and from there they did an excellent job. Their business model works for our family. Having a team to tackle a big house prevents burn-out on their end. Price is fair. Auto-charge and phone reminders are convenient.

My roommates and I decided to have a spring cleaning done to freshen up the apartment. The customer service was great with merry maids setting up the appointment. The cleaning women did an amazing job. We will likely use them again if we need another revival from the dark depths of winter.

Likes: always being notified of timing of team arrival the day before they are scheduled, always coming home to a clean and wonderful smelling apartment.

The team cleans thoroughly and is respectful of our furniture, etc. They use effective cleaning products that do not have a strong fragrance. We have had the same team for several years and are very happy with them. It's a pleasure to come home to a clean house!
