Charles River Movers took great care of our belongings and the team of three working with us were friendly, funny and busy. We moved just two streets behind us but the care they took in wrapping furniture and mirrors, and with moving the boxes was as if these were their own.

I don't plan to move again but if I did, I'd certainly go with this team and will recommend them without reservation to all others.

I would not recommend this mover. They are not what I expected. They are just guys and a truck, not professional movers. The movers themselves were nice, but inexperienced and ended up doing damage to a few pieces of our furniture and hit the walls a few times. They didn’t use basic moving equipment like straps, etc.

They spent way too much time wrapping our stuff in plastic and organizing the truck. What was supposed to be a 2 hour job took twice that.

They charged me much more than the original quote and when we complained they claimed that they could figure something out with us. In the end he ended up lying, being rude and doing nothing.

You can do better than Charles River Movers.

The quote I was given was in dollars not time. I was told $650. I was charged double that. I was charged for travel time when the travel time should have been 2 minutes.

Charles River Movers delivers! I called requesting movers to bring two 300 pound (each) cabinets from the street down into my basement through a very narrow opening in the back of my town house. Additionally, I needed the service immediately! Within an hour, two extremely competent and professional movers arrived and placed the cabinets, protecting my floor and cleaning up the debris. I was so thriled with their service and can highly recommend Charles River Movers.

Moving is so stressful and Charles Rivers Movers made it all seem easy. Nice respectful men who took care of everything and really listened to our needs. Very fair price for such quality work and service. We used Charles River Movers in May 2018 to empty out our 7,000 sf home where we lived for 23 years. It was a very complicated move with items moving to 7 destinations in 3 states (MA, FL, SC). They sent 3 trucks and 6 men and got everything wrapped and loaded onto the trucks in a single day. The guys were so polite and competent. They were always in communication with us. Nothing got broken and everything went where it was supposed to go. I strongly recommend Charles River Movers.

We had a great experience with Charles River Movers. Kevin, Ryan and Neil did a great job packing up and were very respectful of our belongings. They were just as good unpacking, setting up and arranging our belongings at our new home. They took all the trash with them. They were professional and personable. It was the easiest move we've ever done. We would highly recommend using Charles River Movers.

This company had t-shirts on but showed up in Ryder truck moving first fl out of state. At the time this was going on I was sleeping didn't know any of this was happening.
The tailgate is practical on my hood and they left it like as shown in picture from my house camera, until I woke up.
This is unacceptable!

These guys were great. I was priced at $200 for two hours with a two man crew working on a two-bedroom move out. The next day they showed upright on time with a three man crew for no additional cost. They were fast and easy to work with. The move itself was very straightforward.

Unfortunately, my work/gaming monitor was damaged during the move, but they were kind enough to let me replace it with a a screen they had of their own for no charge.

Eric demonstrated extreme patience throughout this process and made it very clear that his top priority was satisfying his customers.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!... I strongly advise against hiring this guys. I regret not taking the negative reviews more seriously. The level of unprofessionalism was beyond what I could have imagined. The movers were inexperienced and careless. They broke an antique lamp and failed to report the damage.They did not take any responsibility for this issue.

On top of that, they scratched my glass coffee table and I had to push for them to take responsibility. They took the glass for repair and promised to return it within a week, but it took over a month. THE WORSE PART: it came back with the exact same damage. Throughout that time, no one contacted me with updates. I had to follow up repeatedly, and when I did, the manager told me I was being "annoying" for asking about the status.

For the prices they charge, this level of service and irresponsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I needed furniture removed when remodeling my living room. The movers were very efficient and knew exactly the items to remove. Would definitely use company again

I am utterly impressed. The team arrived early, finished moving two full rooms of my appartment in maybe 9 min with three guys (they even wrapped the furniture in that time!)

Fast, efficient, careful, and kind.

Everything made it to my new space in great condition and they even helped me set up.

I’ve always had a great experience with Syntegra Services. They installed my shop lifts and electrical wiring, and I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I also called their plumbing department for a clogged pipe issue, and they resolved it in no time. I highly recommend them!

You are operating leaf blowers in Cambridge outside of the designated times again and again. Please stop. You clearly have no sense of the noise you are making nor do you care. You have been notified of this violation multiple times.

Patricia works very hard. She cleans the best. She is polite and friendly. She is the best cleaner I have never work with before.
