I had a shower wall that was leaking. The tile was old and needed to be redone. The work Wes does it "A plus". Wes is extremely detailed and is fantastic with questions. What I have is a beautiful new shower that looks amazing. Wes returns calls and emails lightning fast. I would hire and recommend again. I would educate yourself on some of terms and process in tile construction. I went into this re-model with limited tile vocabulary. I would recommend to anyone read up on tile construction and some of terms that are used in the industry. It will help when you speak with Wes on a project. Wes was recommended to me by a trusted colleague for my failed (see: leaking) shower. In short, he's transparent, respectful, experienced, and deeply cares about addressing the initial problem his customer is experiencing. This final point was particularly important to me; I wasn't just interested in making sure my shower looked amazing, but that it was going to work without leaking moving forward. This is Wes's competitive advantage: he understands how and why materials work (or don't work), is ready to educate you in making the best decisions possible in all aspects (tile and grout material choice, design, application, and technique), then solves the initial problem. He did the work himself, hustled the entire time he was here each day (no breaks), and explained the how and why to his technique each step of the way. To be clear, Wes wasn't the cheapest quote I got during my initial search, but ultimately, I wasn't looking for a cheap fix - I was looking for a solution that would last. He was clear about all costs from the start, communicated each step of the way, and was a breath of fresh air considering contractors I have used in the past. 10/10 - would hire again.

We recently had S & W Tile replace a "failed shower" for us. The scope of the project became much larger because on the first day of demolition Wes discovered that the floor boards were water damaged. Thus the floor tiles also had to be removed and replaced. He had warned us about this possibility in advance so it did not come as a surprise. Throughout the project, Wes kept us informed about each step and outlined our options clearly. It was a pleasure working with Wes and his associate, Ryan. They were always on time and always fastidious about clean-up at the end of each day. In the end, we have a beautiful new tiled shower and floor! Highly recommend!!

We hired S&W Tile to remodel the shower in our master bathroom. Wes and his team did a great job, were highly professional, and completed the work thoroughly and efficiently.
