I can't say enough good things about all the guys at Cleanway who helped us with the water mitigation when our ceiling leaked.

They were fast, efficient, and courteous. While I hope to never have my ceilings ripped out again....I would call them if needed. A+

I was one of the cold weather victims this past February with frozen pipes. Fortunatly Vincent Servello and his team at Cleanway Services came to my rescue. Not only did they take care of the damage Vincent was there for me throughout the ENTIRE process. In dealing with the insurance company directly ,Vincent not only saved me time but also so much aggravation. I can't praise Vincent enough for his professionalism and determination. Without Vincent this disaster would have been much worse. I highly recommend Vincent Servello and his team at Cleanway Services in Waltham, Ma.

Cleanway was fast and professional when we discovered mold in our attic. While they were on site they made sure to walk me through the whole process before they started. Through out the process they kept me up to date on where they were in the process and I had a certificate of completion within a few hrs of the invoice being paid.

I am very happy with the work performed by Cleanway Service and out ability to respond very quickly whereas many of the other companies in this field were quoting 7 to 10 days before they could arrive on site. The entire team is very professional and pleasant. The service fee is reasonable and billed after finishing the job as what's estimated. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

On the positive side: Cleanway Services responded promptly to my call. They visited the next day to provide an estimate, even though they might have received a lot of calls that day due to the storm. They completed the job in our finished basement a day later in order to accommodate our travel plans (we were leaving on vacation two days later). Their team was large enough to complete the job in just over an hour.

On the downside: a few weeks later my contractor still found small portion of two walls (80 inches long in total) that had mold.

Also, I was not informed during the first visit that the luxury vinyl from the whole basement installed a year earlier would need to be disposed of. Maybe it had to be done anyway, but would have been nice to confirm it with my contractor.

We had a very unfortunate basement flooding due to heavy rain which damaged the carpet, padding and the drywall in addition to a lot of stuff. I contacted Cleanway and Vincent Servello was very prompt and did an excellent job to review the very next day. He provided excellent service to perform necessary flood cut, de-humidification , anti mold spray to make sure it would not cause long term problems. I would highly recommend their services.

Fernando and his team did amazing work when our finished basement flooded in a recent storm. They came out quickly and took care it everything making the situation so much less stressful. Unfortunately drywall needed to be removed but they cut it out neatly ensuring that it would be easy to patch later. We'd definitely recommend them.

If you've ever dealt with an insurance claim, you'll know that insurance companies are not the easiest to deal with, and if it's your first claim then be warned they will add grays to your hair by the end. Cleanway services however, is the opposite, easy to work with, provide clear and honest answers to any questions or concerns you have, and don't cut corners. I've used other Nationwide remediation companies for a past claim that consider themselves a "...Pro" and can tell you that choosing a local company such as Cleanway is by far the much smarter choice. As much as I am thankful for Fernando and Paul for their services, I hope I never have to need them again!

We had Cleanway Services come to our home last week for a complete house cleaning from stem to stern. Vincent Servello was very responsive and arranged the job quickly, instructing his team on exactly what needed to be done. With 3 large dogs, our house gets dirty quickly. We are very pleased with the results, and will be using their services again.

The crew of 3 guys came the next week and were great - very positive and professional and made everything easy for me. there was a slight issue after they left and they were extremely responsive to coming right back and taking care of it. great experience overall, and we feel relieved that the mold is gone!
