Constraction reviews in Watertown, Massachusetts

I recently hired ZND-FRT Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc in Massachusetts and had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. My attic insulation and roofing work were completed on time, and the area was left clean. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend for quality service.

Great experience with this company! Gianni completed a thorough attic Inspection and explained the attic maintenance process in detail. The attic cleaning was very thorough and removed dust, debris, and buildup effectively. They also installed Spray foam insulation to improve efficiency and maintain indoor temperatures better. The entire project was completed professionally and on schedule. Gianni was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company for attic Inspection, attic maintenance, attic cleaning, and Spray foam installation.

FRAUD ALERT: on the phone they quoted $85 for diagnostics fee. Agreed on time and date. The electrician didn’t show up on time. When the electrician MOHAMED I RHARIOUI finally did show up he didn’t look at anything and quoted $360 to do work. Was a captive customer at that point and needed problem fixed. Turned out my tenant circuit breaker just tripped. No work was done besides resetting a circuit breaker which in all fairness is a part of diagnostics. Company and electrician INSISTED on charging full $360 for “one hour of work”. For the check electrician insisted on making to his own name. Later looked up the company and it is NOT a legally incorporated entity. Which is deceiving to the consumer as one would think this is a proper company with book keeping, licensed electricians, and normal business conduct/practices.

Imagine the doctors office quoting a price for diagnostics. Then changing quote to 4x when you show up to the office because he thinks you need an operation without even diagnosing you. Then after diagnosis the doctor says you don’t need an operation, but still insisting on charging the 4x fee quoted for operation.

Chris and his team were great to work with, very fast to respond, gave a detailed quote, got the job done in a quick time frame and did an excellent job, restoring, grouting and sealing our two bathroom floors, counters and showers. Great company!

This is a great service. They came to re-caulk and re-grout our bathroom tubs and showers. They are professional, show up on time and provide great results. It’s hard to find someone to re-seal your bathtubs and showers. I’m glad I found them and highly recommend them.

Sit Grout cleaned and color sealed the grout in my kitchen and two bathrooms. They worked quickly and were extremely professional. Before they came I had tried everything to restore the grout to its original color but had no success. My floors now look brand new!

Had a great experience with Sir Grout! The estimate was reasonable, they showed up on time for work, friendly, responsive, explained what was done, and the work looks great! I will definitely call them again.

The service was on time and very impressive. I am pleased with the results and would recommend Sir Grout to anyone who wants to clean their bathroom tiles and floor.

We have a walk in shower which we love but after 21 years, it looked aged with missing grout and mildew that could not be removed, even with bleach. We considered doing the entire shower over with new tile. very expensive. Sir grout made it look like new with their service!! Highly recommended!

The results are better than I even hoped. I had tile cleaning and grout recoloring in 4 areas, and it all looks terrific.
The initial consult with the business owner was professional and informative. My scheduling preference was accommodated. The technician was prompt, polite, skillful, and diligent. A good experience!

I had a shower leak that no amount of caulk would fix. I found Sir Grout on Google, called, had an estimate in days and the work completed in a week. The technicians were professional, friendly and fast! My shower and tile floor are now mold free. I would recommend using Sir Grout to anyone looking to refresh their tile.

So pleased with Sir Grout. Wasn’t sure who to call to when we needed our grout and tile cleaned. I am so happy that we found Mr. Grout of Greater Boston. They went above and beyond to take care of everything on our list of needs. They were very prompt and professional. The quality of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends ( or family! ).

They were reliable, prompt, and extremely professional. They removed over 30 years of hard water scale from our shower tiles and made repairs to the grout; I didn't think it was possible! They also did a great job resealing a marble and a granite countertop. I would highly recommend them!
