Constraction reviews in Watertown, Massachusetts

To me it doesn’t matter if it’s construction or electric it’s still Markarian. The same Markarian who said he was going to fix our lawn and never did. So whether it’s on the electrical side or the construction side which they said was closed but apparently it’s not the quality of work is still the same. My neighbor who hired Markarian before Covid was next-door less than a month ago fixing stuff you didn’t do right. And it was electrical.

If you are looking for professional, thorough, exceptional work, then Brian and his team are for you. We’ve been bewildered by the lack of customer service and professionalism we’ve been met with post pandemic. Brian was recommended to me by an acquaintance who recently had work done. We had our commercial kitchen retiled, our restaurant re-faced, new windows, new countertop. Just impecable honest work. We couldn’t even get so much as a phone call back from other contractors. Brian was always quick to respond, eager to help and address any concerns .just a really good guy!

My in-laws, my wife and I own a two family and Markarian was the contractor for kitchen and bath renovation and ac system installations. That was over three years ago and contract is still open. I would consider the workmanship mediocre to poor and there are countless punch list items that remain incomplete. Both AC systems are woefully underperforming. The entire process has been frustrating for our family and responsiveness is pretty much nonexistent to say the least. I would not recommend Markarian.

Brian at Markarian Construction has been so great. We have worked with him on a couple projects now. His communication has been outstanding! I highly recommend Brian and his team to bring your dream project to life.

We had a massive house fire and were dealing with a nightmare contractor. We reached out to Brian at Markarian Construction. He not only help us deal with the original contractor but he made this an incredible process. He communicated everything and went above and beyond helping us. He got us some incredible deals on appliances and cabinets so we could stretch our budget even further. The house is more that we could've dreamed of. He also kept in mind through the entire process that my handicap parents would need to easily access and use the space. Guiding us as we went. Without his help this would've been very stressful. We will definitely be using him again for any future projects.

They did a terrific job. made a new crawl space door that was compromised much better and more aesthetically pleasing than the old one, showed me where there was and wasn't a problem, identified several existing and potential entry points, sealed them all, and shared before and after pictures that were really insightful and helpful for the places I hadn't noticed.
