Like the first reviewer, I have not been to Bon-Ton Rug Cleaners, so can't rate their services by my first hand experience. However, Bon-Ton is widely known as one of the best rug cleaning companies in the entire country, and is run by a family that is very kowledgeable about rugs and is highly regarded in the rug cleaning industry.

I have referred them to several friends and customers that relocated to the Boston area, and all have been thrilled with the service they've received from the team at Bon-Ton. If you have a rug that you really care about, you won't regret having it cleaned at Bon-Ton.

I had two valuable wool rugs cleaned by Bon Ton. I cannot give them a strong enough recommendation. These people are true professionals and know their business, which happens to be a family owned business. I felt they treated me like family and my rugs as if their own. I am very grateful to them for their attention and fine service.

The absolute standard bearer in rug cleaning. They’ve been doing it for like 100+ years and I especially like that they tell you exactly what’s going on with your rugs, if they need repair, if it’s gross and decrepit and at the end of its life, what kind of detergent is needed, etc. These people are the real deal and I will only ever take my rugs here. Plus, they are rock-solid, awesome humans.

Since I was a child my family has brought our rugs to BON TON to be cleaned and repaired. They have always made the rugs look like new. Excellent service... I am lucky to have them close by so I can continue to use their excellent services.

As promised on their site, they will continue to spot clean the rug as many times as it takes until further cleaning makes no difference. They cleaned my well used, stained and mildewed rug to look like its original self. I'm very pleased, and I will be using them again in the future. There are other places that offer one day cleaning, but I seriously doubt they can do as good of a job.

I have brought our rugs to Bon Ton for 20 years. We used to roll up our rugs and drop them off. Excellent customer service. Tells you what they think needs doing..repairs or stain removal. I am going for the pick up and delivery for the first time.

I recently brought two rugs to Bon Ton and I cannot believe what a beautiful job they did. One of my rugs, a kilim, was so stained that I just assumed I would have to get rid of it. Miraculously, they managed to clean it. I don't know how they did but my rug looks fantastic. The other rug that we brought it, same thing. It looks brand new.

I have used Bon Ton Rug Cleaners for many years. I have dogs who have dirtied the rugs in not so pleasant ways, etc. Bon Ton has always done an amazing job cleaning my rugs! I so appreciate them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Used them for post-construction cleaning. Cleaning was decent. There were some areas that were not cleaned up to my mark, and the owner sent another cleaning crew the next day free of charge to make that up.
Cleaning crew mistakenly left with my house keys. Owner stopped by later in the evening to return it.
