I've been using Surfaceworks for many years now, and am overall impressed with their results and their level of customer service. I would recommend. Though they are on the more expensive end of housecleaning, I am confident of their work and professionalism, and feel that the cost is generally worth it.

I have a 3 bedroom home with 2 teenagers and a dog and we get our home cleaned every other week.

We have used Surfaceworks for over a year now and they've been excellent. They're reliable, flexible, easy to get in touch with and do a great job helping us keep the pottery studio clean.

We have used Surfaceworks for several years through changes in management and cleaners. They are great, will do special requests and we can always tell when they have come even when we forget that they are coming. The place smells and looks clean. They do not rearrange stuff so you can not find it. They are always very respectful when we can in the house. By far they are the best cleaning service I have used.

I've been using Surface Works off and on for several years for a bi-weekly cleaning. In general, they do a terrific job, though it does vary a bit depending on who comes to clean. But, I will say they do the best job out of any cleaners I've worked with in the past. They are very punctual and respectful, especially with responding to working from home and at-home schooling requests. Surface Works is not the cheapest cleaning service, but I continue to work with them because they are the best. It is worth it for me to pay a bit more to ensure reliability. I feel comfortable having them visit my home during Covid-19, and I am glad the cleaners feel comfortable coming into my home as well.

What's not to love? They get the job done and done well. Additionally, I do like them better than having a dedicated single cleaner because they are more consistent with schedule and can offer more services. Did I mention ALSO reasonably priced? Surfaceworks is an A+ business!

They do an excellent job of deep cleaning. What I like is that they show up on schedule and exceed my expectations every time. I have been using them for almost two years, and in that time there has never been a personnel issue. Using a well managed service is so much easier than recruiting my own independent cleaners, and their prices are reasonable.

Surfaceworks is the best! They've been cleaning my place for several months now, and have always been on time, and have always done a good job. I've got two teenagers and a dog, so my place is often a mess before the crew arrives. Super flexible and accommodating of schedule changes too.

I've been using Surfaceworks for more than 10 years for both bi-weekly cleaning and monthly cleaning, and I have always been satisfied with their service, there is some variation depending on the cleaners, but most do excellent work. They always respond promptly to emails and phone calls, and quickly address any issues that have arisen from their service quickly and professionally. Their reliability and professionalism makes them easy to use.

Surfaceworks is excellent--our house is super clean, the team is efficient and friendly, and we have great flexibility on timing. They've completely taken the load off of housekeeping, and also eliminated the stress of hiring and managing the process. We love them!

I have recommended surfaceworks to my clients on occasion as I am a realtor. In a bind with my regular house cleaner, I had them to my house a few weeks ago. They did a reasonable job but after they left I was missing $2000 from a drawer of my desk. When I called, they were shocked of course and questioned the two people that came to my house. They did deny taking the money but there had been no one else in my house except for them. They then charged me for the cleaning which I was surprised given all that had just transpired. I will never use their service again.
