We remodeled our kitchen and had an issue with our beautiful Grohl faucet. Luckily when I was in our local Rochester fixture store Urell distributor Steve Rivas happened to be there. He had me text him a few photos of the faucet head and committed to shipping me a new head within a week! NOW THATS OLD SCHOOL SERVICE! Than You Steve!
