I first went to two other places trying to find the right cartridge for a leaky faucet, no luck at all, and these guys knew exactly what I had and what I needed, and were great in giving me advice on how to install.

Most orders we’ve made have been screwed up, sent to the wrong branch hours away, or wrong parts ordered. They’ve put us in jeopardy of losing multi million dollar contracts and we’re contemplating a lawsuit at this point

Almost never wirte reviews, but these guys were great. Super knowledgeable staff. They were friendly and found what I needed quick.

Opened up after hours had the Lochinvar parts that I needed

The problem started 7/6/13 when I called with 2 part numbers for replacing a faucet hose and spray nozzle. I received the wrong parts. After returning them with assurances of getting the correct parts, I received only the hose on 8/16/13. When I called about the sprayer I was told no one knew I wanted a sprayer. I repeated the part number originally submitted and was told it would be shipped, but now the price was changed from the original quote. It was more. On 9/3/13 the sprayer had still not arrived. When I called again, I was told that they would have the part sent over night and would pay the extra shipping because of the delay. The part actually did arrive. When I called to thank them, my call was sent to voicemail and never returned. My credit card was charged nearly double the price I was quoted after that. My calls are not welcomed there and the new story today (from the Bill mentioned in another review) was I got the part at a huge discount because actually the price was more than double what the original quote was for it. It took from July 6 to September 17 to actually receive my first order, which ended up costing me nearly double the original quoted amount. I spoke with them today and informed them I would be writing this review. If they give me back the shipping they said they would pay because of the foul ups, I'll amend this review. In the meantime, Customer service gets a ZERO. They are either not competent in the ordering department or not honest. Take your pick.

This place is definitely 100% the best place to go, all counter guys are so helpful and actually take time to understand what your trying to do and try to help you to make everyones life easier. Christian, Tyler, Walter, drew, and Kano are the BEST at what they do, will always be the Webb I go to. (Unlike Boston Webb)

The people who work the counter were really helpful. The place has lots of plumbing parts and also furnace and hot water heating parts too. They have a whole range of tools to help you do the job correctly. If they don't have it in stock they will have it the next day or refer you to a place that has it.

Almost all stock is laid out on the floor in aisles where you can inspect it and pick what you need. For me, that's good because I like to see what's available and discover unique parts I wasn't aware of. Good, experienced counter staff for orders and assistance.

This place is great. Helpful and knowledgeable staff . The store is very well organized and labeled.

This isn’t the first time Cesar has saved me time. I really appreciate everything he does to go above and beyond his job. He is always reliable.

I get my furnace filters and plumbing supplies from them. Good company to work with.
