To my delight, I received a call at 8:20 am from the technician who said he could come right away. Russell arrived around 9 am and in about an hour, he checked the system, cleaned the condenser coils, added freon, and got the cool air flowing inside. Overall, it was the best service experience I've ever had—more affordable than I expected and a much quicker response than anticipated. I wouldn’t think of using another company for our heating and air needs, and you shouldn’t either!

We hired a team for the installation of a new heat pump and air handler in our home. The installation was done in a timely manner. The system came with a wi-fi thermostat that needed a complicated setup, and my wife and I needed assistance. Technician Joe came to our home on a weekend to help us out. Joe is very skilled not just in heater repairs and installations but also knows a lot about programming smart devices. He successfully linked the thermostat to our phone and computer. We are really happy with the new system installation and especially appreciated Joe's patience and friendly attitude towards us, who aren't very tech-savvy. They replaced several parts they weren't anticipating (ducts, base, etc)... after all, our heater was a very old model, so things were pretty messed up. If you need a heater repair, I can't recommend Comfort Masters Heating highly enough.

i want to give another 5-star review. this time, two technicians, manuel and joe, spent several hours replacing both the primary and secondary heat exchangers in my heater. they did a great job and also cleaned the water trap, burners, and ac coils for me. both technicians were very professional, polite, and patient. they answered my questions and showed me what was wrong with the old heat exchangers. the service charge was clear and fair. the front office staff was also very nice and professional, and communicated with me clearly and quickly. now my furnace is working well and my home is warm again.

Our upstairs heating unit wasn't working properly, but when I reached out the following morning, I was able to connect with Emmanuel without delay.
