I first learned about Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning while working at a property management company, where we often called them to handle the carpet cleaning in our rental units. Their work really stood out to me, so I decided to try their services at home too. Since then, I’ve had them clean my couches (which I highly recommend doing regularly!), area rugs, and even some secondhand furniture. Everything always comes back looking and smelling fresh, almost like new. Marvin and the team are always on time, act professionally, and are very polite. I also enjoy reading their newsletter when it arrives. I’m always happy with the results and appreciate the consistent service. Great job!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The carpet cleaning service went above and beyond what I expected. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Dillon, who arranged for someone to come out to my home in Wellesley on Monday to give me a quote. Ernest worked with my schedule and arrived early, which was a pleasant surprise. The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to start cleaning my carpets right away. The results were fantastic—my carpets looked fresh and spotless. They even cleaned my doormat before leaving, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of stubborn spots on my darker carpet that reappeared, which I was told might happen with tough stains. When I called back, Ernest returned quickly, within an hour, and made sure everything looked perfect. This company is very professional, does top-quality work, and truly cares about customer service. I plan to use them again for more carpet and tile/grout cleaning, and I will definitely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors in Wellesley.

Our dealings with Mike were different in that it was clear from the beginning that he wanted to help create something that we would enjoy for years to come. He had an extremely positive attitude and approached everything with a we will find a way to make it work mindset. He helped us work within the confines of our budget to create a beautiful space. I must commend the level of craftmanship from his Masonry team. They are very creative and clearly take great pride in their finished product. They don't rush to get it completed and each stone is carefully selected, cut and placed. It truly is an art to them. The broader team all work to the same high standards and keep the worksite as clean as they can to avoid any unnecessary eyesore.

They came to us as referral from a good friend and now I am happy to recommend them too!! We look forward to years of great entertaining in our backyard and will look to Mike and team in the future if we have other projects!

I hired Mike and the MF Landscape & Design, LLC team for full backyard redesign/front-yard refresh/drainage fix + lawn install at my home in Wellesley, MA, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From day one, Mike was the friendliest, most responsive pro I spoke with—he returned my call the same day / walked the property within 48 hours / sent a clear estimate, and took time to understand my goals: better curb appeal, safer play area for kids, low-maintenance plantings, solving water issues, etc.

What stood out most was communication and craftsmanship. Mike explained the design plan, plant selection, hardscape materials, drainage approach in plain English, shared photos/examples, and gave me [two or three] budget-friendly options. The crew arrived on schedule each day / neatly set up / protected walkways and neighbors’ spaces, and their attention to detail showed in everything from perfectly set edging and level pavers to clean cuts on the sod / tidy mulch lines / irrigation tweak for coverage.

The finished space is exactly what we hoped for: a bluestone patio that ties into the kitchen slider, a curved planting bed with four-season interest, river rock for drainage that also looks great. Neighbors have already stopped to ask who did the work. Mike also followed up a week later to ensure everything was settling in and gave simple care instructions for the new plantings / lawn / irrigation settings.

Pricing was fair and transparent, and there were no surprise change orders—any adjustments were discussed upfront. If you want a landscaper who combines great design sense, friendly service, and reliable execution, Mike at MF Landscape & Design is the one to call. Based on our experience, he’s the best landscaper we’ve worked with in Wellesley. Highly recommend.

When we moved into our house the garden that bordered our back yard was a mess. It seemed like the previous owners had buried some materials from the renovation back there, there was no mulching, nothing would grow. Mike and his team came in and cleared everything out, replacing it with loam, and put in some really nice plantings. They were fast, efficient, effective, and professional. Kyle was great with communications as well on the design and management front. The only advice I would have for a potential customer is to move on a project earlier rather than later, as they are very busy and can book up.
