Bob Fei and his employees, Steve and Brayden did an outstanding job in the renovation of multiple units within my condo building. I highly recommend Fei Plumbing and Heating.

Bob and his crew are always prompt and professional and able address your plumbing needs typically in a time of crisis - Would recommend highly to other others

I’ve been a customer of Robert Fei for many years and he never disappoints! He’s knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Frankly, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Robert and Steve were great, efficient and professional. Completed a kitchen remodel and the addition of a half bath addition for our project. Inspection was seamless with the quality workmanship.

Robert is fantastic! a first class plumber and a caring service provider. we needed emergency service after a recent nor'easter and a sump pump failure on a holiday weekend. he not only came right away and fixed the pump, but worked with us over several days to accurately diagnose the problem and solve it. HIGHLY recommend!

Bob Fei of Fei Plumbing and Heating Inc is the best plumber we have worked with. He shows up when he says he will, he will diagnose the issue you are seeking help for better than other plumbers and is fair price wise. We needed a lot of help in a new condo, and he took great care to get all the work done in a professional manner. We use him all the time and recommend him to everyone. We have also used many of his colleagues for other projects too.

Bob Fei/ Fei Plumbing is the only plumber I would use or recommend. His knowledge and problem solving is in another league compared to other plumbers. He is there immediately in an emergency with impeccable follow through and reliability. He is simply the best!

I’ve been working with Fei Plumbing since 2009. The work ranges from routine tasks (replacing faucets) thru emergency calls (replacing a broken water heater) to a complex bathroom renovation. In all cases, the work has been excellent! Robert is realistic and reliable about work schedules, and careful about cleaning up after the job is completed. I was particularly pleased with the outcome of a bathroom renovation. Robert was very thoughtful in considering some unexpected issues that only emerged after walls were opened and was meticulous in making sure all work was up to code. Fei Plumbing gets my highest recommendation. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Fei plumbing was referred to me by a friend because the plumber we used in the past moved out of state. I was one of the best referrals ever. Our Hot water started leaking and flooding our basement. Mr Fei said turn off the main and I’ll see you in the mourning. He can early and went to work but noted the water heater was relatively new. He contacted the manufacturer and they gave us a new water heater at a drastically discounted price. Saving us hundreds of dollars Mr. Fei Did not have to do that and I would’ve never known but he did. I would refer him to anybody for their plumbing needs.

Bob Fei and his team at Fei Plumbing are the most professional and qualified plumbers I’ve ever used. From construction projects to repairs and maintenance, I’d never go anywhere else. They’re proactive and professional and fully accountable! I couldn’t recommend anyone anymore than Fei. They always exceed expectations!

Robert and his team at Fei Plumbing and Heating bring exceptional depth of knowledge and a customer-centric approach to their work. From the simplest to the most complex task, they apply the same care and attention to detail at every visit. My wife and I have been working with Fei Plumbing and Heating for a couple decades, and would recommend Robert & Co. to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

We had a fantastic experience with Robert Fei Plumbing & Heating! The company was quick to respond to our inquiry and provided a quote promptly. Steve came to our business to do the work, and he was pleasant, professional, and incredibly efficient. He completed the plumbing work flawlessly and even went the extra mile by recommending an electrician to hook up our water heater. Not only that, but he also managed to get the electrician to come a day earlier than planned, which was a huge help! Excellent service and truly reliable—highly recommend!

Robert and Steven are absolutely the best ! Responsive , knowledgeable, meticulous and simply wonderful to work with . Not only have I used Fei Plumbing and Heating for my own place but refer them regularly to my home organizing clients !

I’ve used Robert Fei Plumbing multiple times and have had an outstanding experience every single time. Robert has done work at both my business and my home and I’m currently working with him again on another project! He’s always incredibly responsive, efficient, and professional. Robert’s employee, Steve, did the work at my house and was great! I highly recommend Robert and his team. I truly can’t say enough good things about them!

I am beginning 2026 with much gratitude for Fei Plumbing and Heating as our water heater unexpectedly broke on January 3rd and needed immediate attention. I am a new customer and was so happy Bob picked up the call, guided me on how to turn off the water, and was on premise within a couple of hours with the new heater. I was referred to Fei Plumbing by a close friend and that referral was right! I highly recommend!

Wellesley P&H did a great job for us fixing our plumbing problem. They came up with an interium solution until the correct parts arrived so we could continue to use our shower!

Fantastic service to replace an old HVAC system. Bob was great to work with and very informed on all the new systems and specs and what would be most effective for our home. Bob was also able to start the work quickly before the Summer of '23 heat wave really kicked into high gear. Chris and the installation guys were super-professional, punctual, cleaned up after themselves each day, and went above and beyond in building a new wooden platform for the air handler in the attic as well has placing it in a new direction to be more logical and easier to maintain. They also built a great new neat and level platform for the outside compressor. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing/HVAC-related work.
