Wellesley Plumbing and Heating is a fantastic company with fast, friendly, creative and effective solutions to plumbing needs. For us, they: solved a tricky infrastructure problem with our old bathroom plumbing; installed hot water heaters, dishwasher and gas stove; and most importantly— helped us know all of this would work out OK, quickly. Their pricing is competitive and service is top-notch. I highly recommended Wellesley Plumbing and Heating!

We absolutely loved working with Wellesley Plumbing & Heating. They were incredibly responsive, assessed our issue right away, and they were able to complete the work rapidly. They went above and beyond when I had purchased the wrong unit for the repair. They were able to find the right fit quickly, and made the installation without issue. Good customer service starts from the first phone call and Katie is a rockstar. From the first conversation she worked at getting the best pricing possible and soonest date for me. Her responses were on time and courteous, and it readily became obvious to me that I would go with Wellesley heating and plumbing given my experience with her. When the technicians came out, they were courteous and efficient and got the job done, right. I can’t speak highly enough about Wellesley plumbing.

We have used Wellesley Plumbing for over 40 yrs. They are fantastic. The owner, the technicians and Katie (who does it all) are service oriented, fair in pricing, "owners" of their work, and excellent at what they do.

Could not recommend Wellesley Heating and Plumbing more! Just had a whole system HVAC replaced and they helped every step of the way with choosing which system to go with, helping to navigate the MA Saves program (special thank you to Katie in the office for all the help on this), and then installing and educating us on everything. Chris who installed the system really did an incredible job from start to finish and was very thorough. Great company and great people!

I could not be any happier with Kevin's quick response and excellent work. Absolutely first rate! Thanks to Kevin's honest diagnosis of the problem we got away without having to replace our heating system right now. I can, however, assure you that when the time comes The Lynch Company will be our choice to get it done!

This was the first time I’ve used Lynch but certainly will again. Kevin came out and got my heating system ready for winter. Very nice, professional, up front about what he did and how much it would cost. It’s a good feeling to have a company I know I can call if there’s a problem and I won’t be ripped off. See you in the spring to get my AC ready!

I would highly recommend the Lynch Company. We returned from vacation a few weeks ago and our hot air heating system was not running. A neighbor in Sherborn recommended the Lynch Company and the same day after phoning them their colleague Andy came and checked out the problem. He was obviously very knowledgable about our Trane system and identified two potential parts of the system that could be faulty. The thermostat was signaling the system to come on but it would not ignite. Andy quickly secured the parts through a contact at Trane and although there was a little delay in their availability he returned within a day or two and installed them and it started immediately. During his examination of the Trane unit Andy explained what he was doing and investigating, not that I understood everything exactly. The two parts eventually replaced were provided free under warranty as the unit was under two years old. I will certainly use the Lynch company in the future if there is any problems with our HVAC system and also for routine maintenance or modifications to the system when needed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough based on my experience.

The Lynch Co did a wonderful job installing a new AC unit in my cafe. We got quotes from many different HVAC companies and Lynch was not only the lowest quoted but the most thorough in serving the needs of our business, helping us choose a unit that was not only functional but worked well aesthetically. Bill and his crew did a great job with the installation and clean up. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Lynch in the past with regard to repair of older heating unit with obsolete parts, so decided to ask Lynch about furnace replacement when the need arose. Bill Doiron from Lynch assessed the heating and cooling needs of our Victorian home and provided a series of options @ high efficiency gas furnaces, heat pumps and a/c units. He made himself available to answer queries, big and small, and provided reasonable-and cost effective-- alternative approaches. We therefore signed a contract with Lynch to install a new system and look forward to completion of installation. Highly recommend Lynch and Bill Doiron at this juncture in our business relationship.

Bill, Andy and Kevin are the best, there customer service is excellent! I have used Lynch Company many times and this Fall they will be replacing my furnace. They are always articulate in explaining what they are doing and are always very responsive! I highly recommend The Lynch Company!

I’m so impressed by Andy. The customer service is top notch. I called around multiple places and usually everyone is booked out at least a week, but Andy came the same day within a couple hours of my call. He was super patient with me on the phone to try to debug initial simple steps, then he came by and my AC was repaired very quickly. He gave a lot of additional information and good advice to save me and my landlord money and time.

I contacted the Lynch Company to address an issue with a Rheem furnace. Condensate was dripping from the unit, pooling on the pan of its attic installation.

Kevin was meticulous in his assessment. He not only identified and fixed the main problem, but he also pointed out minor issues with the original installation. He struck me as highly knowledgeable, a sentiment echoed by my interactions with other Lynch Company representatives. Additionally, I appreciated Kevin’s respect for the equipment.

The Lynch Company quickly assessed, quoted and replaced a bathroom ventilation fan and upgrade the ductwork. There was clear communication on scope and price. The results of the work were as advertised and have vastly improved ventilation. Overall good experience.

I didn't use The Lynch Company to install our new furnace, though I'm wishing maybe I had. Called them seeking advice on whole house air filtration system and -- though they aren't my company -- spent a bunch of time with me to make sure I understood exactly what I needed (and didn't) and which product would be best for our family. Bill Dorn was smart, responsive, helpful, and completely honest. Any one of these qualities is rare; all of them together is exceptional.

Andy has been servicing my HVAC system since it was installed about 8 years ago. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. My system has worked extremely well since it was installed, but a warranteed part did have to be replaced last summer on one of the hottest days of the year. Andy found the part at a distributor in a nearby town, picked it up and installed it all in one day. I was very grateful. I would not hesitate to refer someone to The Lynch Co.
