The Lynch Company did an excellent job at our house. The units are efficient and effective, and the Lynch workers were professional and kind. They answered all of our questions and were flexible about timing and aesthetic requests. Overall, a perfect installation experience!

My wife and I were very impressed with the installation of our central air system by the Lynch Company. We have an older house, and during the assessment and quoting phase, Bill did a good job explaining all the options that would and wouldn't be feasible for our house. Then, during installation, the crew was exceptional- they were efficient, took care of all the little details, and were very clean and professional. We have had our share of "dreaded" contractors before, and this group is not like that. We were so pleased that we have recommended them to other friends of ours as well.

The Lynch company came highly recommended and Bill (manager) and his crew did not disappoint. We received 5 or 6 quotes to replace our second floor ac unit that died last summer and Bill was the most knowledgeable person we spoke with. You could tell almost immediately that he knew what he was doing and had a lot of experience with different types of systems and installs in tight spaces. I highly recommend them.

Our latest service from The Lynch Company was heater maintenance. Ken was here right on time and changed the filter, vacuumed the heater and what ever else was needed. All in good working order. Great company and personable, knowledgeable and efficient technicians. Experts in their fields.

We turned on our A/C and thought air was blowing, not cooling air.I called and left a message and within maybe an hour or less, Andy got back to me. He had me check certain things and determined that he'd have to come out. It was already late in the day, but he came the next. I might add, another time we had heat issue and they came same day. Andy determined the fluid was down in the unit. He added more and within minutes we had cool air. We had a regularly scheduled visit 2 weeks later when Kevin came. He checked everything to be sure it was still working as it should be. We have used the Lynch Co. for over 20 years. They replaced our old furnace, water heater, installed central air and so much more. All the people who work there and come to the house are terrific. The are experienced and really know what they are doing. They take the time to explain things and show you what needs to be fixed and why. They make every effort to get to us the same day. I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend The Lynch Company. We had them install our first HVAC system in 1997 and had no reservations having them replace it in 2021 after close to 25 years of use.
As a local company they truly care about their customers and will do whatever is necessary to overcome any obstacles they may encounter.

Forgive the superlatives, but The Lynch Company just completed the installation of a Mitsubishi mini split and attic ducted system in our three bedroom house and it was the best home improvement experience of my life. From the start to the finish, I was impressed every step of the way. I received six bids for this work and The Lynch Company provided the most comprehensive and sophisticated analysis of what would work best but in a way that made sense to me and my wife. Their pricing was reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive, which is really the sweet spot for me. Bill Doiron, the General Manager, gave us a list of over 45 references with names and phone numbers and type of job. I called five people on the reference sheet and each was as positive as I am writing now. They gave us a start date for the work and came on the day they promised. They substituted two major components of the original bid with larger capacity units because the units they had quoted were not available and they did not charge more for this larger units. The three members the crew were simply wonderful to have in our house. They were professional, pleasant and respectful of our home and put down tarps and kept everything clean during the job. They were always happy to explain things as they proceed through the job and were just nice guys to have around. The installation took exactly the five days he predicted and when completed, they explained the whole system, the dos and don'ts and how to work and maintain the system on a regular basis. The left our house without a mark and without any evidence they had been here and installed this whole system. I cannot speak highly enough about my entire experience with this company. If you are considering installing a ductless or hybrid ducted heat pump and mini split system, I would not waste my time talking to other companies. These guys are the real deal.

The Lynch Company is very courteous, professional, and responsive, from its sales team to its installers and electrician. This company also delivers an excellent product and worked with me to keep the air conditioning system affordable. I was also impressed with the neatness with which the installers and electrician worked, leaving rugs and floors virtually spotless. My new air central air, which replaces an old system, is working beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this company.

From quote to installation, the Lynch Company did a great job. We discussed different ways to heat and cool our home, costs, and what would be most comfortable. I really appreciated that they worked extra hard to schedule the installation before my mother in law came to visit in August, so that we could all be cool and comfortable when she came! And I was blown away by how careful the crew was about my garden beds, laying drop cloths and cleaning up daily inside the house.

My wife and I recently completed extensive renovations, including installing a new central AC system. Like most people doing home renovations for the first time, we had limited knowledge on how to best evaluate the various contractors we spoke with. And, like most people, we did our best to perform “due diligence” and received several quotes.

The Lynch Company was far and away the best value. We quickly determined the equipment they offer is top quality, their expertise designing our system was high, and their customer service is top-notch. We came to appreciate this when nuisance issues arose due to the overlap their work had on the plumbing and electrical systems. Rather than “point fingers”, Bill and Andy took ownership and worked exceedingly well with our electrician and plumber to engineer a fix for the issues (none of which they created). Their staff was conscientious during the installation and took care not to damage any of the freshly painted walls and just polished floors. Finally, knowing we were operating on a budget, they provided creative alternatives to help bring the cost down without compromising the quality of the installation.

We can’t recommend The Lynch Company enough and were extremely happy from the initial consultation through the final inspection and testing of the AC system. They are professionals in the truest sense of the word.

The Lynch Company installed a new AC system in our home this winter. From sales through installation, they were extremely professional and courteous. In particular, the installation team showed great care for our home and was extremely clean. Our new system is working great and they were very responsive when we had an issue with our new Nest thermostats. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had The Lynch Company install our AC system 9 years ago and they did a great job. They responded to any minor issues with the install quickly and professionally. Since then we have had them perform annual checkups and again they have been great. Our installer and now our annual technician is Andy. He is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with from a service company. He is always on time, always in a positive mood and one of the most professional people you could ever hope to work with. This year Andy even spent extra time cleaning our AC unit due to the excessive amount of pollen this spring. This is truly one company and especially one individual that I highly recommend.

The Lynch company is absolutely excellent; I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I replaced my furnace 15 yrs. ago, the new one had about 3 yrs. of problems, due to an issue with the control boards for that type of furnace. Once that was corrected & the board replaced, it ran perfectly for 10 yrs., until a power failure & surge in my local Eversource elec. grid, burned out the control & motor boards. When they got replaced, the furnace again had weird problems, just like before. For 2.5 yrs. when I would try to describe the issues my furnace service people didn't listen & they made several very expensive repairs, which didn't fix the issues. Andy & Kevin at The Lynch company were the only people who actually listened to me & understood. Kevin found the real problems, explained what was going on to me & fixed it. At first I was reluctant to try Lynch, because they are quite expensive, but I am so glad I did. They were worth every penny.

During one of the hottest times of the year our A/C went out. When I called the Lynch Company, someone was at my home the same day, determined the problem, ordered the part and returned four days later to repair the blower motor. Very responsive, professional and fast turn around time. We were very happy with the level of service and professionalism of The Lynch Company. A/C is working great now👍
