Bill takes the time to provide his custom recommendations as well as to break out possible options. The installers work carefully and deliberately. They don’t just throw up the ducts and take off. They come out and spend time planning and then put in the effort to execute properly. We have been very happy with their work!

Today he came back to replace the damper that I forgot needed replacement and also addressed a high-pitched sound that was driving me crazy and is now resolved. i'm really satisfied with the hvac installation team that came over. On a certain day, russell, along with two other workers, came to my place in a large truck to set up a new hvac system. russell rang the bell and when i answered, he enthusiastically explained who they were, what they planned to do, how they were going to do it, the time it would take, and how i could assist them. I directed them to the old system's location. They were very polite. They always wore shoe covers when they had to enter the house. Soon, they collected their tools and started to disassemble the old system, russell in the attic and his co-worker on the side of the house. They gently moved the old units to the driveway and fetched the new ones from their truck. They patiently installed every part of the hvac system and connected them to the existing manifolds. Whenever I had a question, they would explain everything with great enthusiasm. Not long after, the new system was set up and ready to be switched on. russell called me over, gave me a tour of the whole system, and taught me how to operate the thermostat. Once the ac system was turned on, russell went to various rooms to check the airflow and temperatures. He advised that I keep the system running and that he would continue to monitor its performance remotely via his smartphone. He gave me simple tips on what to keep an eye on, such as the drainage and the external unit. Finally, they packed up, loaded the old units and cardboard boxes into their truck, and ensured that each area was thoroughly cleaned. My experience with these hvac professionals was really pleasant. They should keep up the good work. I would be more than happy to recommend these hvac professionals to my friends, neighbours, or anyone in Wellesley who needs help with their hvac system.

we had a company come out to install a nest thermostat on our furnace, but they ended up damaging our defrost board. so, we called comfortflow heating & air conditioning, who had previously installed our system for the former owners of our home. to our surprise, it was russell who came out, the same technician who had done the original installation! russell really knows his stuff. he was a total lifesaver, quickly installing a new defrost board (which he luckily had in his truck), putting in a new filter, and getting our furnace up and running in no time. we have a bryant system, and russell immediately knew that it wasn't compatible with a nest thermostat, which was the cause of the defrost board damage. it was due to the re-wiring done during the thermostat installation. now we are trying to get the original installers to cover the cost of their mistake, which they should have been aware of. on top of everything, i had asked for a booklet on how to program our thermostat, and russell said he would drop it off - and he did. the service was excellent and russell was very personable. don't hesitate to use comfortflow heating & air conditioning, and if you want the best, ask for russell!
