Home Services reviews in West Boylston, Massachusetts

Changing my review from 4 stars. This place has become outrageously expensive for everything from plants to Christmas trees. And I mean eye poppingly expensive.
-
Great pants I recommend the plants here. Huge selection of healthy cared for plants. Way better then department stores underwater stuff. Buy local.
-
Finally a place with awesome fresh local grown product and not the junk you find in a chain store. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. And not expensive for once in central MA!!!! love this place
-
The owner is absolutely terrible. And talk about expensive......they had a wishing well that was over a hundred dollars more expensive than ANYWHERE ELSE! And we KNOW.....we did our homework. We bought ours at Belles and saved big time!

I got the most glorious zinnias there last year that lasted well into the fall.
Very friendly cheerful staff 🌝
I’m looking forward to my trip there this season! -
They have all your gardening needs. I especially like the type of herbs and plants that they have on sale

Love shopping here. The staff is excellent and very friendly. I wouldn’t go to any other garden center especially for Christmas trees. My tree and kissing ball lasts for months.
-
They have a great variety of plants and garden decorations. The people were very helpful and kind. I will be back!
-
Nice assortment of plants. Staff are friendly and helpful. I purchased a new variety of Baptesia I have not seen in any Ma nurseries this season. Yeah!
-
Selling flowers on July 20 past there prime ( 36.99$) Obviously trying get as much money as possible. Anyone could tell by looking it’s fading. I was not the only customer there that commented accordingly.

Folks here are so nice! I recieved great service and their plants are very very well maintained. I highly recommend going here to get beautiful premade hanging arrangements. They are stunning!
-
Great service & fantastic selection of perennials, annuals & veggies!! Our go-to every spring and winter for Christmas trees, of course!
-
I love going to this place to get my veggies for the garden. I'm always late to plant my garden but they usually have everything I need from tomatoes to zucchini. Their prices are great too and I like to shop around.
-
Great place for gardening needs. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5, we tried to go there a few times was when it said it was open but the gate was closed mid day…. Not sure why
-
Great variety of flowers, spices, veggies and some very nice hanging flower pots as well. Prices are reasonable and we go every year.
-
A nice variety of plants and items to enhance your garden. I bought a cute owl made of metal. Lots of flags and gazing balls.

Jungle Jim's had the variety of flowers I was looking for for my window boxes. I couldn't find so many varieties at Home Depot or Lowe's, so I'm thankful to have been able to find them here!

We met Jim yesterday. He is an amazing wealth of knowledge. We purchased several flowering plants, and he and his staff were available to offer advice on how and when to plant, water and prune. Good selection and great advice.

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this beautiful garden center. They have such a huge variety of plants, shrubs, and flowers. Inside is full of unique garden decor and supplies. The owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I have read the reviews on Jungle Jim's. I do not know the owner but I have seen him and asked him questions. I start my garden with their products every years and no issues or concerns. For the customers that feel the prices are too high. People you get what you pay for in this world. You can drop $500.00 at a casino and lose and you say "it was great” but, if you have to spend "ten cents" more for a plant you hit the roof. Never forget that Jungle Jim’s also eats in the winter when they are closed. Do the big box stores ever close? For the “Brain Surgeon” that feels the cost is too high. The "big box" store people will never discuss gardening like the owner of Jungle Jim's. If you have an issue at Jungle Jim's, the owner and any staff are there for you. At "big box" stores if you have an issue with a plant, they call the plumbing department who than calls someone over in the electrical department and then you must speak with a clown in the paint department. Do the "complainers" even know what it takes to operate a business? I don't know the owner at all but I can tell you he works 12 hour days 7 days a week takes a short pay and puts his heart into every sale. The selection he has is fantastic. The quality is always there. The staff is behind every purchase. Again, I don't care about the owner at jungle Jim's and I don't know him but, one thing I do know, I am very happy to have them there when the season arrives and I wish him success for all the years and dedication to the area people. To the customers that feel the prices are steep. There is a super market down the street that sells green beans in a can, a flower shop that has flowers and even a self-checkout there. Then, with your gas savings card at the store, you can go back to the casino and drop another $400 bucks or even stay home and buy an overpriced bottle and stare at a garden that did not grow from the big box store.

After a tree fell on my memorial garden for my 5 year old granddaughter and broke her fountain! After a big search I met Jim and despite being closed when I arrived he showed me the fountain! After a few more searches I decided on Jim's fountain! Even more perfect this evening Jim and Sonia offered to bring the fountain to set it up for me.
They were so kind and it looks amazing! Above and beyond!!!
