DAY OF INSTALLATION ARRIVES 🚚 🔨👷🏻‍♂️
1) materials on site - prompt&intact
2) work crew arrives - no delays , efficient & courteous, protective tarps deployed to contain debris and protect home and ground areas
3) roof was stripped of existing material
4) damaged areas on substructure where revealed
( These are unknown , until existing material is removed - very common with older roofs , such as mine )
5) substructure damaged areas all repaired with new material by experienced professionals
( This is a major benefit TRUEHOME provided with crew of dedicated seasoned installers )
6) new roof, trim , water&ice barrier, ridge vent installed in 1 day ( site prep, removal , repair,install , cleanup )

2) secondary charges for damage found ✔️
( This was very reasonable & discussed as a possibility while consultation for job was being discussed )

Conclusion : TRUEHOME ROOFING accurately assessed my project needs . I received a waarrented roof ( 50yrs ) with the assurances represented by a signed contract 📝.

This is the second house that I have had TruHome Roofing replace for me. The first was in Holden, Ma. They did a new roof, a vent to help with ice dams a couple of feet up from the edge. They also put up gutters. They did this for about 40% less than the other quotes I received. Those other quotes were for just a roof.

Recently they did the house NH. New roof, new skylights, new gutters with gutter guards. Again, much cheaper than the competitors.

They are neat, clean and quick. Two days both times. Both times they scheduled the job for about 2 weeks after I called them.

If I ever move again and need a new roof I will definitely give them a call.

Truehome gave me a fair estimate for my roof replacement. Communication was great. The staff worked hard. They protected my plants and deck from debris and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend.

A large section of my roof gave way at the start of winter weather. The folks at TrueHome had me sorted out in no time. Super easy folks to work with. They were prompt, communicative, and got the job done ahead of schedule. I found their work to be of the highest quality and I cannot recommend them enough. The financing option was super helpful since I had no budgeted for this at all. Getting a new roof is a drag for sure, but John and Zach made it was good a situation as it possibly could be. We went out to bid to have our house resided with James Hardie siding. This particular siding requires a certified/ qualified James Hardie installer. When John and his son Nick met with us to explain the process, my wife and I felt very comfortable hiring them for the job. I can’t say enough good things about Truehome. Professional and personable, excellent customer service, pays attention to details and does extraordinary work with their subcontractors at a good competitive price. I can honestly say I’ve never seen a crew work this hard with skilled James Hardie craftsman. It actually came out better than we thought it would. A++ to John and his crew! I highly recommend them.
