Joseph and Darrell were both professional and polite during their service. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was properly handled, and even deducted the charges for a stain on our area rug that they couldn't remove. Thanks, you guys are the best! Our experience with this carpet cleaning service was top-notch! We had recently purchased a new 8x10 wool area rug that, unfortunately, came with a terrible smell. We attempted all the suggested solutions, but nothing seemed to work. At wit's end, we reached out to their West Roxbury location and had a chat with Darrell. He kindly laid out all their service options and then decided he needed to consult their technical team due to the unusual nature of our issue. He was upfront about not being able to guarantee a solution but expressed a sincere desire to help. In the end, Darrell's honesty truly shone through, a trait we found refreshing and rare in business these days. He informed us that our rug was beyond repair and, unfortunately, destined for the landfill due to its overseas manufacture and hazardous backing. He could have easily taken our money and attempted a futile fix, but he advised us that it would be a waste of our resources. We greatly appreciated his sincerity and transparency!
