    Shoutout to Chris for replacing our ten year old moldy washing machine gasket-- and giving it his All. It was not an easy job. Our Bosch washer and dryer are stacked, making it an awkward setup, but Chris somehow made it work. He showed up in a timely manner, being both friendly and informative.     I would actually give 0 stars but this system doesn’t allow anything lower than 1. I’ll keep it short and simple. DO NOT ever use this company unless you are prepared to replace your refrigerator. The technician who came to “repair” my parents refrigerator was so incompetent she couldn’t even put a simple water filter in properly and flooded the entire thing and caused the motherboard to need replacement. The freezer light also somehow needed replacing after this incident. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use them unless you have the funds to possibly replace your refrigerator.

    We recently had a problem that blew out our motor causing our dishwasher to not run. Our technician, Chris, provided above and beyond service. He was eager to help, answered any questions we had throughout the process, and provided the best customer service we have had in years! We can not express how thankful we are for his help.
