We had a limb go through our garage in Northampton and we were referred to Brian St Amand , our insurance adjuster said we would probably have to have at least 1/2 the roof replaced if not the entire roof. Brian fixed the hole in the roof and patched up the shingles and it looked like nothing had even damaged our roof. He was great!!!

Not only was Brian one of the most reasonably priced contractors for our roof in Feeding Hills, he got it done quickly after we made the decision, and had the roof done in one day, even after more than half of our plywood needing replacing. Brian was communicative, thorough, and an all around great guy to work with. His team was great.

Thanks to Brian his crew and his machine he recently purchased from Minnesota I know longer have Ice dams. As an insurance agent I know the damage ice dams do. Class saved my house.

We reached out to Brian after putting off siding our house for way too long. He came highly recommended and did previous work for family members. When I called for a quote he answered right away and came the next day. The quote we received was affordable and less than any other quotes I had received. Our roof was in need of replacement. Brian was able to begin the project within 4 days and finished the following day. It was on a freezing and windy day. His employees were hard working and went about the job quietly (as having a roof removed and reapplied can be!). Our property was respected and cleaned up on completion. We would recommend Class in a heartbeat, in fact I already have.

Our contact for removing Ice Dams on the front of our roof was Brian. He was friendly, courteous , professional and responsive from the first call. He responded promptly to our call, explained the process he uses , asked for pictures of our situation , quoted us a per hour price and an estimate for how long he thought it would take.Brian and his crew arrived on time, completed within the timeframe/cost he estimated on the phone and did a great job. Brian and his crew were here an hour later and mitigated the problem in record time. He saved me thousands of dollars on imminent interior repair on walls that were already seeing water stains. While others tried to sell us a complete new roof without diagnosing the problem in the first place, Brian and his team quickly figured out the issue and had the repairs done. They worked so clean you would have never known they were there! I won't hesitate to use Class General in the future for roofing and siding when needed.

I had Class General contracting do my roof, siding and windows on my multi-family home where I have an elderly tenants. Brian was so knowledgeable and accommodating for my tenants that I used him for my own personal home. His attention to detail was very impressive and they did an awesome job on the clean up. I highly recommend Class General Contracting for their exceptional service. They were working on my neighbor's house, removing ice dams during one of the coldest spells we've had. As a new homeowner, I was incredibly stressed, worried that I hadn't considered the damage ice dams could do to my own house. I asked Brian (the owner of the company) if he could tackle my roof next. They were fully booked until Monday. However, before I knew it, he had already cleared the worst of it so I wouldn't have to worry over the weekend!
