Constraction reviews in West Springfield, Massachusetts

I rarely leave a review of any product or service but I felt compelled to leave one here for my experience using DNS Construction.
We had a few companies quote us for a large addition to our existing deck.

Guilherme came out the very next day to provide us with a quote and was very informative and professional.

The reviews online were very good and their quote was extremely competitive so we gave them a shot

WOW! What a great decision we made.

Guilherme was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and answered the many questions that we had.

The entire crew, Guilherme, Gus and Estokkio showed up timely each day during the 3 weeks that the project took.

The end result? An absolutely beautiful deck and extension of our home for many years to come.

Nilson, the owner, was onsite as well a working with the crew on many of the days.

You don’t see that often and Nilson runs a very good operation with happy employees that seem to enjoy what they do.

I can’t say enough about DNS and they are quoting us on new stairs, siding and to redo our pool deck.

They are now our go to company for home improvements

They even do kitchens and baths and interior remodeling!

Very pleased!

I am very happy with my new deck!
The workers were very professional and good to deal with. The workmanship was top notch and I most definitely recommend them for just about any project you need done on your home. Before I knew it... The deck was done!!

We had a great experience with DNS construction. Communication was quick and efficient, while being polite and accommodating. They were able to come out to do an estimate within the week and able to come after work hours. They built our deck sturdy and well-we love it! My husband will be staining it this fall. We highly recommend this company for any construction.

We are extremely pleased with our new deck and staircase from DNS. Gus did an AMAZING job start to finish. He is a highly skilled carpenter with attention to detail. We wanted a second story deck with stairs to the ground, and that included creating an entirely new exterior egress door on the second floor. I was so nervous to have a huge hole cut into the side of my house, but for Gus it seemed as though it were no big deal - it went totally smoothly and the door is installed very well. We did have one hiccup where it became apparent during framing that we'd had a miscommunication of sorts with the estimator on whether there was going to be a landing to break up the number of steps - but it got sorted out, and we are extremely happy with the results. It's beautiful - my pics don't do it justice.

DNS Construction recently built a new deck for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Guilherme and Gus did an excellent job from start to finish—professional, high-quality work and great attention to detail. They were also very responsive throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and making sure everything met our expectations. Highly recommend!

DNS did a wonderful job rebuilding my front deck they are courteous and respectful I highly recommend and will use them again in the Spring . I am very happy with the results

After seeking a handful of quotes on our backyard deck renovation project (including demo of old wooden deck and building new composite one with covered area), we decided to work with DNS. Their price was very reasonable, and they were by far the most engaged and communicative during the proposal period. Guilherme and Nilson presented a variety of material and finishing options, and took thorough measurements of the site. After confirming work with DNS, work started promptly on the proposed date. The crew was very efficient and left the site tidy every day. They even came in on weekends occasionally to finish up some parts. Overall, I felt in good hands with their expertise, and am very thankful for how accommodating and receptive the team was to my requests and thoughts. DNS were very easy to work with and delivered. We are so happy with the outcome, and since the project has been completed about a month ago, we've spent hours everyday outside on our new deck!

The project completed within the specified timeframe, all inspections passed easily, and everything was within the discussed budget. All in all, we are very happy with the rock solid, professionally crafted outdoor space that I know our young family will enjoy for decades. We highly recommend DNS, and especially applaud Guilherme for his technical expertise, detailed engineering/planning, and professional and prompt communication. The entire team was very adaptable and accommodating to our wants and vision for the project. Thank you, DNS!

I've worked with the team at First Peak on multiple jobs now and has always been an easy experience. Highly recommend for any construction projects.

Zach & Jason Kushner, Chad Joyal & their team - especially Luis & Justin - went all the way to renovate a space most would have walked away from into a beautiful modern hybrid work space. They responded to our every question, request and idea — even if the answers were different from what we hoped for. My team at Universal Health Care Foundation loves our new space from where we pursue our mission of equitable, affordable & quality health care!

The team at First Peak Construction are simply the best. They care about every aspect of the job and make you feel like family. It was a real pleasure working with them.

Chad Joyal, the Operations Manager for First Peak was thoroughly professional and easy to work with throughout this commercial project. My office is a tenant in the building and First Peak was hired by the landlord. Chad kept us informed and on track with decisions that we had to make throughout the project. He was attentive to detail and quality and responsive to our questions. He worked with us to make the space as comfortable and efficient as possible. Highly recommend.

Zach Kushner, Chad Joyal, and the entire team at First Peak Construction are simply the best young professionals in the general contracting and construction profession!
Our church (New Day Church) required a unique set of skills to create the appropriate storefront location for our casual and welcoming environment. First Peak took the time to hear our desires, coordinate with our architects, experience our other location, and meet regularly with our staff to ensure that we were getting the final results we desired.
I'm still blown away by their consistent effort, their tireless pursuit of every permit and inspection, and their pleasant demeanor from our initial meeting through our final walk-throughs of the space.
If I were to give my highest recommendation, First Peak would still be at least a notch or two above that! Do not hesitate, do not look elsewhere, these are the construction professionals you need on your team.

First peak did an amazing job when our school had a fire they worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. Their work was very detailed, and it was nice to be able to communicate and connect with Zachary at all times during the process! I definitely recommend First Peak Construction to anyone who is looking to do any construction work. It brings piece of mind and they have a great team of experts.

Joe was great to work with- super responsive and the work was excellent!

Got a stamped concrete patio, never have I seen such professional and hardworking people! Looks amazing, would call back for more work!

Joe and his team were outstanding in the approach and execution of the job at my home and solved a problem that has plagued this home for the 15 years I been here. I thank them for their tireless efforts and positive attitude while doing it. Thanks again !!!!!

Cosgrove Construction did a Fanstatic Job with my walk way! Joe and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They were detailed orientated and made sure I was content with the final results. I would happily recommend them as a trustworthy and sensibly priced construction company.

The owner and his crew are exceptional, polite and hard working. Installed & spread 6 yards of large river stone on the slope of the dingle in my backyard. All by wheelbarrow, back breaking work! Highly recommend!!
