I have worked with EPOS for a few years now and could not be happier. Appointments are easy to schedule and I never have to wait long for the visit. They know their stuff and I usually learn something from their visits. Their visits are reasonably priced as well. I have also been happy with the products. I highly recommend the EPOS team.

We had a very good experience dealing with Epos. Dan came out to the house originally to go over all our options concerning sound systems as well as television streaming availability and pricing. We are not computer savvy but we knew we needed to change our current cable systems and get the cost down. Epos came through with flying colors. All work was done expertly and we are very pleased with the end results! Highly recommend Epos and their entire staff!

Our experience with EPOS on two occasions has been excellent in every way. A year ago EPOS technicians Colin and Rich installed new lighting in three rooms of our home. When they encountered a hidden structural problem with the installation of the ceiling lights we had ordered, they called their home office and had better-fitting lights delivered to our home within an hour. We were so impressed by their work that we recently made arrangements for RING cameras to be installed at several places on the outside of our home. For this service we had the outstanding work of Tom and Rob who were amazingly professional and competent. We especially appreciated the time they spent patiently explaining the details of how these new units work and can be programmed. We’re already planning to hire EPOS for some landscape lighting projects. These folks are exceptionally competent, efficient, courteous, and professional. Also, the cost of their work is a real value, and we will definitely hire them again.

Epos does excellent work. Their staff is incredibly kind and they are very open to what we want to have done. They are also good at making practical recommendations that have helped to improve our enjoyment of technology over the years.

Dan Crouss installed my Home Theater System and has maintained and upgraded it for the past 13 years. He has always provided quick and efficient service. One of his techs, Tom, upgraded my Home Theater System a year and a half ago, was back making some changes that I wanted and to fix a problem I had after a power failure, he does excellent work.

We’ve had EPOS out to our home several times for large (addition on the home, frame TVs install, outdoor lighting installation) and smaller (smoke detector replacement) projects. We recently had the pleasure over the last six months of having EPOS do a renovation to our home with LaPlante. Jack and his wonderful crew first came in and dismantled the wiring from a very old home and replaced it with new recessed lighting, beautiful pendants and rewiring for a new kitchen and bathroom. Next up was Dan and his Tech team of Tom and Rob who worked hard to update an old system with new WIFI and beautiful Frame TVs. Keeping true to our old house this installation relied on some serious skills! Every day there was an unexpected challenge but these guys are experts at what they do, they found a way! This company is a breath of fresh air. A live person actually answers the phone when you call. They are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The service tech (Tom) was right on time and could not have been nicer. Tom Fixed my problem and then went above and beyond with helpful information and tips for the future. EPOS installed a multi-room Ethernet connection with Internet for my home network. They also mounted my big screen tv to the wall properly and hid the wires . Previous company mounted the television incorrectly and it would have been a matter of time before it fell off the wall. EPOS was right on time for our appointment and the technicians were professional and very skilled. Pricing is very fair . Will do business again for my next project .
