Bad retaining wall installation, not leveled and not done in a straight line. Also, had a contract for weekly mowing and it’s been almost 2 months (since April) of no show. Called him asking if he’s planning to come do the job and he laughed saying “I’m sure there’s barely any grass”. Not good customer service.

I just had my front walkway and landing done by GPM and I get nonstop compliments by the neighbors! David is a great guy to deal with and does high quality work. My wife and I are so happy we chose GPM for the job. I can’t wait to start the next project...

Call these guys first! I didn't have the time or equipment to stay on top of my landscaping. The grass was high and my property covered in leaves. I was getting long lead times and the run around from the other guys, but GPM responded to my inquiries quickly, came by and gave me a competitive estimate, and got my property in shape in no time. Don't hesitate, highly recommended!

The owner of GPM Landscaping, David, is an extremely honest and hardworking individual. I have now used his services twice, once for last fall cleanup and this spring he did grading and leveling on a piece of my property, and let me tell you, he's unstoppable. He's not happy until you're happy. Definitely look him up for any landscaping needs. Highly recommended!

I had this Company do a patio for me this past summer, I would not recommend this Company to a enemy!! Not only did The owner David Graham did a horrible job,but he had left my gate to my backyard off my fence,he broke my fence post and brackets and he had left my sprinkler system unearthed from the ground and broken in several places.I had paid him 2,500 Dollars to do three years prior!! And when I called him to correct his horrible work,He the owner David Graham told me not to call his phone anymore!! He smiles to get your money out of your pocket and once he has it, he does what he wants!! It had took him all summer to complete my patio, because he was running to job after job!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

We had an overgrowth problem that we wanted to take care of and replace with stone, and Dave did an amazing job - totally reasonable prices, and we're thrilled with how things turned out. We'll be coming back for more work in the backyard in the future!

I contacted a number of landscapers and GPM was only one to quickly respond. Gave a quote that seemed fair. I was asked to pay before work was started but I felt comfortable because I paid by check. The work was started on time and was well done, including a nice clean-up afterwards. Owner contacted me after job was completed to be sure I was satisfied. In all a very satisfactory experience.

A rental property of mine was in need some simple lawn care/mowing, and GPM as one of the only landscapers to answer my call. Most go to a receptionist and will "call you back." The next day I was given an estimate, and within a day later the job was done. They also cleaned up the trash outside for me. Great service. I was even provided before, and after pictures.

I would not recommend this company. Today i had landscaping done on the front, back and side of my house done. It was a very shotty job not worth 750 dollars which was only for labor because I purchased my own plants and mulch spending 380 dollars. Everything i had concerns about the response was " you did not ask for that". I ended up being charged an extra 200 dollars outside of what was initially quoted. Wont ever use their service again. I should of just hired my 73 year old mother who would have done a better job!

I made the mistake of having David do some work for me after much hesitation. I initially had him come by to evaluate the job and provide me with a quote. I had a niggling feeling that he was not going to deliver for me the standard of service one would deserves from a contractor. A few weeks went by and he called me up saying that he drove by my property an noticed that the work had not started. I went against my best judgement and gave him a scaled back job based on his persistence. Everything descended into an unprofessional mire thereafter. First he showed up with two guys who appeared to have been chosen less for their physical ability and dexterity but by their exploitability. He damaged my sprinkler lines broke my bannister both acts I simply ignored. I gave him a downpayment via check for a third of the cost of the labor and the next day he told me that the check bounced. I angrily called my bank in his presence and my bank related on speaker phone that the check had not yet been presented for payment. I asked him to call his bank which he did and then he discovered that that hold was on his end. I noted that he didn't apologize. Minutes after, I saw him packing up and leaving. I asked him what's the deal and he said he's not doing anymore work until the check cleared. I fired him on the spot despite the fact that he had not completed 1/3 of the work. Be warned. If you wish to engage his services, ask for references and call them. I have severe doubts about the authenticity of some of the reviews he has received. For someone to be in business and not understand the basic workings of the banking system and the importance of politeness and customer service is baffling.

David and his staff were very friendly and very reasonably priced. We had removed 10 trees and David came in and graded the yard, spread top soil and planted seed. It was a a decent sized job and he got it done in a timely manner.

We are so happy with the work that David and his crew provided for us. Our new front walkway is amazing!!! The price was incredibly reasonable and David was very responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!

I am so pleased with this company!! After numerous calls and no call backs to other companies, I called them on a Saturday and my call was answered on the first ring! I was quoted the same day, and within a few days they came and tackled my mess of a yard. A much needed spring clean up, brush removal, and a mow (when other said it couldn't be done). I will definitely be calling them for any future needs and HIGHLY recommend them!

Just had some work done by GPM. They did a paver patio for me with custom made stairs. They also did a complete install of wood chips and stone to my backyard. The results are amazing. Everything they did was done way better than I imagined. David is an extremely easy guy to talk to and get along with to help you through the entire process. I would absolutely use this company again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

We contacted this business on behalf of a tenant who’s yard had become troublesome. He was timely and visited the site the same day. The quote was more than fair for some lawn maintenance and extensive trash clean up. The tenants treated the back yard as their own private trash dumping grounds. So there was a fair bit of trash spread all throughout the lawn. Thank fully this company was able to come out and tackle the task in a matter of two days. I will be using them again because they were fair in price and timely. A lot of companies, especially the bigger ones, are quick to knock you over the head with prices. Not to mention they will tend to take weeks to come out and actually get the job done. It feels like I found a diamond in the rough with this one.

Hired them to pull up a couple dead bushes, replace them and throw down some mulch and bulbs. It took a month from initial contact to complete. After the contract was completed, I realized an addtl bush would fill out the space better. As I handed him the second check, he said he'd be glad to do it and would just charge me for the extra bush. He then ignored my texts and then told me he was too busy to do it and he could no longer help me.

If I have to give 0 star ⭐️ I will. I found this company online and submitted a consultation request after reading some good reviews. The owner showed up the next day after I made few calls to remind him our appointment for estimate. We agreed, that someone was supposed to come on Thursday but never showed or call then without notice they came on Friday. They did horrible job and owner requested his pay. I mentioned that he should come and check the job; he came to home without notice again, but I wasn’t home. I talked with him by phone and mentioned that will be at my home next day and fix what they did. He never showed or call until this morning again without notice ( Tuesday 05/28/24) and requested his money without any fix ( price was fixed)
I’m a busy person and everything is by appointment. I won’t recommend this company due to their crew did horrible job and owner refused to fix it.

Really disappointed in the service we received and the money we wasted. Dave was hired to redo our whole yard - scrape off the existing grass/weeds, remove rocks from the top layer of soil, add new top soil, and level and seed our yard. The rocks weren't removed and the "top soil" was full of stones so our yard is rockier than ever. Barely any actual top soil was added and our yard remained so impacted that rain immediately pooled in areas at the first rain. It washed much of the grass seed into those pools which left our yard with sparsely more grass than when we started. The staff were nice guys and when we left water for them in a cooler, Dave seemed to think it was keeping them from working. All he cared about was getting paid and getting a 5 star review. We had to lay our own straw and Dave stopped answering after he was paid.

I agree with the other bad reviews!! This guy David came and cut the grass a couple of times with an old mower that chopped up the lawn. He was also supposed to mulch the entire yard. We paid a $876 deposit and only did a small portion of the job. He didn’t show up when he initially promised and we had to keep calling and texting him. He came two days later.

It took him 3 days to do a small portion, as the young kid that was attempting to do the work appeared as if he had NEVER touched mulch. When asked when the job would be complete he got mad. Stating his quote was only for the area he completed. Storming off and leaving behind an old rake. Not sure he understands invoices, obviously someone wrote it out for him because he appeared very confused by what was written. Asking over and over to see the invoice again.

He’s a crook. Avoid GPM and David with his broken down, unprofessional and Ragley equipment. He made off with our money, glad we saw him for the deceitful person he is without losing more money.

I’ve known and used GPM for a few years now and always liked their work. This year, I've decided to take up my old, cracked and lifted concrete up around my pool. I knew it was a big job.
David came over and we sat down. I told him what I wanted and we went from there.
Yes, this was a very big project and a pool was involved with very tight quarters room to maneuver. He made it happen!
Today the project is done and I can’t be happier.
