If I could give GPM 100 stars I would!! From the start to finish of my backyard and front yard over haul everything was smooth and professional. David and his crew are kind and very knowledgeable at what they do. David and his guys worked at my house for almost 3 weeks. At one point they even worked in the pouring rain just to get my yard finished for an event I was having. I had them do a new patio and firepit, they also mulched a very large section of my front yard and they finished the landscape around my pool. My yard is absolutely stunning! I literally have an oasis in my backyard and I couldn't be happier! It's literally my dream come true. Thank you to David and his crew from the bottom of my heart! I would hire you guys again a million times over!! Choose GPM, you will not be disappointed!!

2025 update to review. After the disgusting work Dave dud last year we had to start this season by raking all the stones from the fill Dave used on our lawn. We not only took out four wheelbarrows of stone but we also found sprinkler heads. He can not be trusted. Do not pay him until you see what he is using for soil and grass seed. It was an expensive lesson for a trusting retired couple.

We hired Dave to add topsoil to our backyard and re-seed the lawn. Our mistake was to trust that it was done right. When we asked him to use a reseeding machine, he said it would cost more. We agreed to pay additional. When we questioned why the topsoil he put on had pieces of brick and large stones, he told us it was what Rocky Mountain sold him. We checked with them, and their topsoil is screened to 1/2 in. He was paid in full and was supposed to have his guys come and rake out the stones, but he is not taking our calls or texts. Just make sure you get everything itemized if you attempt to hire Dave. We are very disappointed and must look elsewhere to complete this job.
I just read Dave's reply to my post. We texted multiple times to see when the worker he promised would come to remove the stones in the topsoil was coming. We never got a reply.

I visited my sister for her birthday and she wants to grade her backyard to build a pool and a gazebo . part of my visit was to help her put these together. I helped her search for this guy who came to her house to grade the floor. she spent over $10,000 and this is the crap he did. his work was not professional and I would not recommend him to anyone. this was the outcome

We just started using GPM services. Our first project was fairly large cleaning up a lot of overgrown brush along with lawn maintenance. First off, David has been friendly and completely transparent with price, down payment and scheduling. After beginning my lawn, my neighbor who is notorious for calling the harassing me when I do my lawn, began to go after David for no reason. David handled it professionally and ensured that it was not his first rode. Our lawn/house looks great now thanks to these guys. Thank you for your professionalism and your hard work!

Originally planned for a 12x16’ simple rectangular patio. Once they started to prepare the ground they recommended a much more elegant solution that included a curved addition including access to garage door and grilling area—only charged more for materials. Makes much more sense this way. It drains the water from a downpour perfectly away from the house. It looks amazing and the team did quick work, very professional and polite.

I found this company online and submitted a consultation request after reading some good reviews. The owner showed up the next morning before 7am without notice stating that someone was supposed to have contacted me but they didn't. He was very nice and personable at first, offering me ideas to clean up my back yard. I wanted concrete pad removal, along with Japanese knotweed (which is highly invasive), a new lawn and a basic patio. Within a day or two, he texted me a quote. The concrete cleanup and yard work was very reasonable but patio cost was too high. We spent some time negotiating but couldn't come to an agreement so I didn't move forward with that part. He didn't seem interested in working with me since I couldn't afford a high-end patio.

He asked to stop by the next day to sign the contract but he didn't explicitly state that he was expecting 2/3rds deposit via check which is not what we discussed during the consultation. I told him that I don't keep checks in my house. He said I had to pay the deposit THAT day because they were leaving for another job. So he made me bring my sick kids out of the house the next morning, in the rain, to meet him with a money order almost 40 minutes away at another person's home.

We set a date for them to begin work and I called Dig Safe. He wanted to start the week before and I told him that Dig Safe wouldn't allow it and I never heard back. They showed up around 9-930 on the morning the job was to begin. The owner rushed in, told me the job would take a few days, instructed his guys and then left. I left a few hours later to go to work.

Later that afternoon, he called my cell phone and said "Where are you?!" and I told him that I was at work. He said, "Well I'm trying to get paid." I explained that I left because he said the job would take a few days not a few hours. He came the next day, took his check, and never contacted me again. Not even a follow up or anything.

I realized quickly why the job was done so fast, the workers were very sloppy. I have no idea if the owner even checked their work but if he did then he needs glasses or an attitude adjustment towards single mothers who are trying to make a nice safe spot for their kids and can't afford a $15,000 backyard makeover.

I asked the workers to be mindful of my children's burial plot for Nemo & Dory and they were laughing and joking about it (I heard them which was rude.) Additionally, they didn't bother to move to the swing set or the playhouse when they graded and seeded the lawn. They just legit went around it! There are a ton of weeds and no seed in those spots, along the perimeter of the fence, and they didn't remove all of the knotweed which is growing back faster because it wasn't excavated properly (as discussed). The seed that they did place was sparse and I am going to have to buy more. (I texted the owner the next day asking what kind of seed they used for this reason but he didn't respond.)

They cracked my driveway, left a ton of mud all over it and a mess in the front area of the lawn. They also knocked down the fence a bit and only cut the vines that were directly hanging over it even though I told them they could go behind it to get it all taken out. I also hurt my foot via finding three bricks and a piece of concrete that they just covered in sand near the side of my house. I dont know where the sand came from but grass seed doesn't grow in sand!

Overall, they did what I hired them to do but they were very sloppy and rude about it and with all the money that I paid, I should not have to clean up after them especially being a single mother - I don't have the time!!

David had an excellent vision of transforming our backyard pond into a patio area. Did a great job and dependable every day. Would recommend him again to anyone.

    READ THIS!!!
This man called David from Tobago Trinidad, came to my house upon receiving my call and said he will be the project manager for my house. I told him I needed to grade my backyard and trench the ground for a pool, the work he did was just a disgrace and unbelievable. He works SOLO! He ain't got no staff, he will make you think they're a team of workers. David is an independent contractor. He shows up at my property anytime with his 12yr old son who works for him. If you watch him work, you will see he is so shabby and unprofessional because he's in a hurry to go work on another job, he does the job any how and anytime he want. If you think he's cheap and affordable, don't! you will regret it.

GPM was a wonderful company to work with. Our project manager was David who was quick, attentive and he and his team were meticulous when it came to their quality of work. The prices were reasonable for the work being done and we love the end result with our new paver walkway and redone flower beds. They cleaned up after themselves and even rechecked their work after a heavy rainfall weekend. I would definitely recommend David and his team! We will be calling them again when we are ready to replace our deck and patio! Photos really don't do it justice!

    Review for GPM Landscaping

We recently hired GPM Landscaping to install a white vinyl fence with a gate, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Despite some weather-related delays, the entire process was smooth and well-managed, thanks to the excellent communication from the owner, Dave, and his right-hand man, Greg.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, Dave and Greg ensured we were informed and comfortable with each step. Their dedication to customer service was evident in how they stayed in touch and kept us updated on the project's progress, making sure we were always on the same page.

The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the fence looks fantastic. It's clear that Dave and his team take pride in their work and strive for perfection in every detail. We highly recommend GPM Landscaping for their professionalism, quality service, and outstanding communication. Thank you, Dave and Greg, for a job well done!

Please do not pay this guy until you see the results. He may seem nice, it might look decent for the first day but my yard is completely trashed and worse than it was before I paid him to re do the lawn.

Despite the absolutely disgusting job he did (horrible grading, insanely rocky “top soil”, seed just hand spread with no straw despite knowing it was going to rain the next day) the main thing is how much he doesn’t care after he gets paid.

When it rained all the seed and water flooded into all the holes he just covered over instead of fixing. I called and asked him to fix it and was told he was only going to come back one time because he doesn’t have time to keep going back to jobs.

I finally got back from being gone all week to see stones covering my yard and the only semi decent topsoil was the couple patches of my existing grass he didn’t dig up.

That same day he called multiple times and texted me for a 5 star review on Google, you can see the text and reply in the pictures.

All I wanted to know was what seed he used so I could fix the yard myself after getting screwed out of 5 grand and he couldn’t even give me that.

After removing our pool, we were left with a very large hole in the ground. Dave, with the help of his crew, transferred this disaster into an oasis! In place of the hole is a beautiful large patio with a sitting wall and fire pit. Dave’s attention to detail, especially around the base of the fire pit, elevated the look from great to amazing. I am very pleased with how this project turned out. I would recommend GPM Lanscaping and look forward to working with them in the future

David is an amazing professional and hard worker! He completely transferred my front yard to now have curb appeal and my back yard to a peaceful retreat! He has a clear vision of what your yard could be and he is very knowledgeable and has excellent communications skills! Great personality to top it off! I found it very easy to work with him! He keeps you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend GPM for your lawn needs as David will not disappoint! He truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the final product! Will definitely keep using GPM for future projects!

**UPDATE: Just figured out his work address is no longer valid, that has been a fake address for the past 7 years
Just a forewarning, this review is on the longer side, BUT if you don’t want to get scammed out of your money just take a second to read this.
    - David Graham is very easy to get along with on your first encounter. He will in a way make you feel easy about the project you have in mind
    - We specifically chose him to redo our lawn, because as his company name suggests (GPM Landscaping), we assumed that was his specialty
    - While he was working on that, we were discussing about potentially working on a patio in the backyard as well. David being so gracious volunteers himself to do the work for a “GREAT” price
    - Once the initial deposit is made, he works diligently…for the first day, until he shows up whenever he decides to
    - Once the project gets to a point of no return, he will strongarm you and ask you for more money than was agreed upon
    - After playing cat and mouse with him, he will not show up and blackmail you by not finishing the work until he gets more
money — At this point the project looks like some frankenstain mashup
    - Once you give in to his demands and pay him again he will show up for another day or two and disappear without a trace
    - He started our project in September 2023 and “finished” in June 2024
    - 2 weeks after he “finished” the patio, we had a guest come over who gashed their leg on one of the cinder block steps that David Graham made with such diligence. Once we inspected the block we noticed there was minimal adhesive holding
down the steps — We have called and messaged him multiple times regarding this, and of course he ghosted us
    - Also he told us he would use LED lights for the hanging light fixtures over the firepit…yes you read that right, over the fire pit. Firstly they were regular lightbulbs stuck onto the fixtures. Secondly being placed so strategically over the fire, the bulbs
melted and look like little potatoes. Thirdly, they were not LED lights
    - It is currently March 2025, a year and a half since this project has “finished” and yet our lawn looks more barren than it was before he started working on it. I believe I can count the blades of grass with my fingers and toes
    - I would understand if we were trying to shave some money that we would get piss-poor-performance, but we paid a hefty •
sum in order to get something we probably could have DIY’d for a third of the price
    - Do yourselves a favor and move onto the next contractor, you will lose money, time and happiness dealing with his antics•

I am sixty five years old and hired this company to landscape my very small front yard. Due to the fact that my health isn't good and I needed a professional. I was billed $2000. dollars to have this done to my lawn . It was supposed to be landscape, flowers, and look good. Instead, I received this..no plants, flowers, edging, and my walkway isn't level or edged. Then on top of it he fires a dude and left me to deal with him!!! then the owner never shows back up to finish the job.no phone call, text, no response from him, until i wrote this. I Stopped payment on the second $1000 payment for not finishing the job.The absolute worst I have ever experienced in my life. But be careful , because the guy is very , very smooth and friendly. I do not recommend this company for anything. I guess my job wasn't important enough to complete. So disgusted, finishing the landscaping myself. Even with my heart condition.
