I called to get a replacement part installed, they had a cancellation in my area and were able to get a technician out to me the same day! Friendly and professional service. I know the turn around can’t be this fast every time, but was happy the office was this in touch with the field team. A win for everyone!

James was on time for his appointment, and presented himself cordially and professionally. He quickly and diligently performed his task of evaluating our complex heating system, all the while answering several questions about it. He gave excellent advice on how to maximize our use of our heating system. I was particularly impressed by his humbleness in praising the previous technicians that had installed the system.

I was quite impressed with the two service guys, Danny B. and MarkD., plus with Melissa from the Marlboro CPS office who was so helpful in setting up an appointment with CPS as soon as possible to service my cooling unit. The service men who were outstandingly professional. They were thorough about examining the unit. As they did this, they not only explained but showed me exactly why the unit wasn't working properly. After Danny B. explained what repairs were needed, he also checked on the repair cost before I could give him the go ahead. Both Danny B. and Mark D. were very neat, clean and polite as the went about their work. I was so impressed and happy with their service, I decided to contract CPS for their yearly maintenance service. Danny B returned to take care of our1st yearly maintenance. As before I was very pleased with his service.

Curtis was knowledgeable, listened to my questions and answered them or provided direction as to who I would be the be able to speak to. He explain my options and even took the time to speak to my husband on the phone when I asked him if he had the time. Excellent experience with Curtis!!

We had an excellent experience with CPS replacing our entire system. Peter Greenwood was very thorough in explaining the process during our initial consultation. Dwayne and Paul, who did the installation, were highly professional and knowledgeable. They were also very careful in regards to cleanliness which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend CPS-HVAC to anyone.

Keith was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I strongly recommend Keith and CPS. Have been using them since the early two thousands and will continue to use them. They are my go to when it comes to heating & cooling.

Alexis was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with my dehumidifier. I’d 100% recommend CPS, especially if all their techs are like Alexis! Won’t hesitate to call them for any other heating and cooling needs!

I had CPS over for an estimate today. Peter was great. He was very informative and helpful. He is giving me several options and gave me several recommendations on how to make my system more efficient. Peter took extra time to explain unfamiliar terminology.

These guys are great! They replaced our furnace. They were very communicative and easy to work with. Took time to explain everything they needed to do and answered any questions I had. Best of all my basement was cleaner after they left than it was before they got there.

This fellow was very pleasant and more informative than the previous staff person. We would like him when we need more work done. The second job to improve our heat went very well.

As a general contractor it is important to me that my subcontractors are reliable, on time and perform quality work. This ultimately reflects on my company and reputation. CPS has always demonstrated these qualities and bring a professional product to my clients. I recommend CPS for any heating or cooling projects.

HVAC experience review

A month ago, the outside unit of our home's (Grafton, MA)air conditioner stopped working. Many HVAC technicians determined that the condenser of the AC unit had died and the unit was using R-22 refrigerant, which is no longer legal in Massachusetts. Consequently, I received several quotes ranging from 12k to 30k dollars for replacing the whole system. In addition, none of the recommendations met the existing system, so I contacted one more company. Their response led me to contact the Carrier dealer since the old system was a Carrier unit. On July 22, Danny from CPS Corporation (Comfort Product Specialist, Westborough, MA) visited the unit. I tried to share previous diagnoses with him, but he didn't seem interested. After taking a few pictures of model numbers, he left. After an hour, he emailed me a new quotation, which was perfect for my budget. On July 25, Joshua, Curtis, and Paul, technicians from CPS HVAC, came to install a Carrier system. Throughout the day, they worked with a great deal of precision and skill. A pair of electricians came to correct the circuit breaker and outlet location codes that had changed over the years, and they did an excellent job. It is my opinion that additional charges may arise soon, but I am ready to pay them if they do. The end result was that they just charged me what they promised and said they had prepared those issues in advance. As far as service integrity is concerned, Danny truly represents CPS. Moreover, Joshua and Curtis are the company's greatest assets, as I am awestruck by the quality of work they perform. Furthermore, those guys are not just a great asset of CPS Corporation, but also a building block for creating a mature environment in Massachusetts.

Keith and Sam were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They put on shoe covers without being asked. Keith explained things along the way and made sure I understood the costs at each step before proceeding. We have used CPS numerous times in the past and consistently had good experiences with their team.

CPS has always been great and responsive! Alex was an amazing Tech! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything! If you are looking for a company that will treat you like they would their own family, CPS is the one!

Danny Sanchez was great. Super knowledgeable and amicable. Never felt rushed or pushed into signing a contract, and he a was respectful of my home.

Love the technology that CPS uses. I can communicate with them via phone, email, or text. They also have a driver tracking system, so I know exactly when the service person will arrive. Always friendly, polite service. Easy to work with and reliable.

Great job identifying the issue, explaining the work/repair required, and quite. After I approved, he ordered the parts, came the following business day first thing, completed the repair, ensured full system working well, cleaned the area.
Perfect! Professional, competent, highly trained and skilled, great job communicating and completing the work.

Keith and Danny were very helpful in diagnosing my problem and offering me options and cost to fix. They were on time and friendly to deal with. The whole process went smoothly and I highly recommend CPS to anyone in need of HVAC repair.

Peter Greenwood arrived early which was great. He checked out my current central air system and then discussed my options as I wanted to replace the system. He was thorough and answered all my questions and explained about the unit I decided to buy. We selected a date of installation and I gave him a deposit. It was an easy decision for me to make.
