I would give them 6 stars if I could! Santiago is my PM and Luke is my Advisor. Both go above and beyond. Quick story: my gas hot water sprung a leak yesterday and we were scheduled to get our new heat pump hot water heater in 2 weeks, oh no! Santiago sprang into action and must have called in a lot of favors because he got his plumber and electrician the very next day. Amazing service and it was the week before Xmas!! These Elephant guys are really nice people.

Cant recommend elephant enough. The entire process was so simple from the initial consultation to the close out of the project. Staff worked with me to ensure we had the right sized unit to cool our entire house for the summer keeping each room comfortable!

Was looking to get a heat pump and take advantage of Mass Save and Federal incentives. After looking at a few traditional HVAC contractors, found Elephant via EnergySage. I liked their modern way of communication which I am used to in the corporate world (email, calendar, video chat). I also liked their mission to get off fossil fuel.
They gathered a bunch of info, made me some proposals which were competitive, and answered my many questions. They also recommended a insulation contractor for Mass Save which did an awesome job.
Finally my heat pump got installed, is quiet, comfortable and works well even on cold 5 degree (Fahrenheit) nights.

The process with Elephant Energy was awesome. Got my heat pump installed quickly and for less than other local vendors. Installation was very professional and clean. Very happy with this installer, highly recommend!

Elephant worked really well with us. Helped us design the right system for our quirky old house. What we needed, and omen what we needed. Explained the rebates and such. Installers were friendly, professional, competent and fast.

Elephant designed and coordinated the install for a central ducted heat pump to replace the existing furnace/AC and a minisplit for a room with poor thermal control. I was very pleased with the initial consultation, design process, and coordination with the installation team from Forge. The system has worked great for cooling this summer. I'll try to remember to update the review once we switch to heating.

Elephant was a pleasure to work with. We had gotten quotes at several of the larger players in the hvac space and I knew after my first call with Elephant that they were the best choice for us. They were far more knowledgeable about cold weather heat pumps, actually ran the calculations for what our space needed in terms of capacity (vs the big guys that just glanced around the apartment and threw something out there) and explained the pros and cons of different options clearly. We were anxious to book the work ASAP and they were able to get us in for the install with an expedited timeline. They communicated clearly throughout the project and were respectful about in the space. Highly recommend.

Our installation of mini-split heat pumps was a breeze! From assessment to proposal, organization and installation, all was a seamless process with Elephant's staff that was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Elephant applies for MassSave rebates and gives information to apply to a heat loan. We highly recommend this company.

Elephant Energy replaced our dusty old furnace with a quiet new heat pump, and we are loving the ability to cool and dehumidify the whole house. We also got an energy monitor to track the amount of electricity it will use, and compare the costs to gas in the winter.

The install process was smooth, and they coordinated the whole thing from the first visit to after install.

Had a great experience with Elephant Energy! Sean from sales was knowledgeable and helpful with getting the best system for our house, and Santiago was great as our project manager. We installed 2 mini splits, added a ducted system for the upstairs, and replaced our old oil tank & boiler with a heat pump water heater. We’ve had the system for a week and everything is working great and the installation looks nice and appears to be done well. We called around and got MANY quotes and Elephant was reasonable on pricing and willing to work with us to get something that fit our needs and budget. Would definitely recommend Elephant to anyone looking to install heat pumps!

I am tremendously grateful to Elephant Energy, and especially to project manager, Santiago Enrique. We had a project scheduled for several weeks from now to replace our water heater with an heat pump water heater and also add in heat pumps and mini splits to our house. When our old water heater started leaking, They were able to expedite that piece of the project and replace the heater on an emergency basis in just three days — no easy feat because it involves coordinating a plumber and an electrician together. I would highly recommend working with them.

Elephant Energy was great! I've had no problems at all with my heat pump so far after 8 months, and operating costs have ended up slightly cheaper than heating with gas would have been.

I would highly recommend Elephant Energy for any home heating or electrification projects you're looking to do! I had A LOT of questions and they worked through multiple different design options with me to make sure my new heat pump was going to be correctly sized and designed to meet my needs. The whole process was very communicative and their pricing was fair! The actual installation took about 1 week (including a brand new ducting system) and the labor crew was so friendly, respectful, and tidy. They cleaned up before they left every day.

Every thing about Elephant Energy was great and very professional. From the sales rep to the installation and finished product. I had 4 heat pumps installed. Going from widow a/c units and base board heating. These heat pumps are a game changer. Highly recommend.

This company did an amazing job at my home. Super impressed. The single mini room mini split looks amazing. They also helped me learn and understand how the rebates work and how to take advantage of them.
