Entering this delightful space, I regretted having already committed to another cabinet builder for our kitchen renovations. The designer, Claudette, is extremely talented, knowledgeable about products on display, a good listener and communicator, and very, very easy to work with. There are a varying styles of cabinetry on display from traditional to modern with a number of Wolfe/SubZero appliances mixed in. Having read highly-rated reviews of Waterstone Faucets, I wanted to see one in person and check out the various finishes. Claudette affirmed their quality, showed me various styles and helped me select a faucet, finish, soap dispenser and disposal switch. This is a fabulous, family-owned and run shop. Their pride in their work is obvious. If you are remodeling or designing a kitchen or bath, I would highly recommend their services.

We contacted Westborough Design Center when my 84 year young mother needed two major bathroom renovations. We met with Claudette and immediately took a liking to her for her kindness, her professionalism and her approachability. Frankly, we also had a gut feeling, thinking that Claudette would make a great partner for an elderly lady embarking on a huge project. Of equal importance in the decision making process was that Claudette possessed an updated, aesthetic sensibility and shared vision that would enable my mother’s bathroom ideas to come to fruition. From the beginning, Claudette, Andy and their team were exceptional. They managed all aspects of the project, from permits, to demolition, to plumbing and electrical, to helping pick and order materials, to the details, details, details. Every day they showed up, and every day we saw progress. Claudette, Andy and their team were professional, understanding, and kind towards my mother; always respectful of both her and her home. We recently completed a major home renovation with Westborough Design Center, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. For years, we postponed remodeling our kitchen and all three bathrooms in our primitive Colonial reproduction home. I worried that I wouldn’t find a designer who truly understood this aesthetic, I dreaded the idea of choosing every design element myself, and I wasn’t sure how to make the best use of our space.

From our very first meeting, Claudette impressed me with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in understanding our needs. She listened carefully to my concerns—and then absolutely wowed me with her design vision. Her proposed layout and details were things I never would have imagined on my own. She guided me through every step of the process and even accompanied me to select countertops, cabinets, tile, fixtures, and more. She stayed on top of logistics, making sure contractors had the right materials at the right time, which kept everything running smoothly. Claudette made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, organized, and surprisingly fun.

After past experiences with unreliable contractors, working with Andy was a breath of fresh air. His cheerful, can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and expert craftsmanship brought our project to life. He expertly coordinated the construction team and kept the project on schedule. Andy consistently went above and beyond—whether that meant adjusting something we’d already installed because I changed my mind, or patiently talking through solutions until everything was perfect. His friendliness, patience, and kindness were evident throughout the entire renovation.

Our only regret is that we waited so long to begin, because we could have been enjoying our new kitchen and bathrooms years ago. We are deeply grateful to Andy, Claudette, and their team for their hard work, talent, and integrity. They are truly salt-of-the-earth people, and getting to know them as they transformed our home was an absolute pleasure.
