When Vision came to provide us with an estimate they presented as very professional and efficient. Their estimate was thorough and they explained any cost overruns, which were all fair. When they were working on our home, without a doubt, they were here for long hours working from 7:30 in the morning until after 7 in the evening. What has been extremely disappointing is that while the house looks great if you stand across the street and look at it, when you are up close you will see paint splatter on the walkways, the crew left without removing the window covering from the front door and a couple other areas, paint does not extend all the way to the end of trim in several areas, there are footprints on top of the bulkhead where one of the painters stood while the paint was still wet, and the back door started peeling within days after the crew left revealing the door had not been prepped or primed and only one coat of paint applied. This is all in addition to a mess left in the yard where they had set up a work area. When the Vision team left at the end of the job, we did a walk around but it was dusk and seeing some of these things was impossible in that light. The work was completed June 18, on July 5 we asked Vision to return to address these issues. We are still waiting for them to return. Initially we were told the crew leader would return the next week, but we are still waiting. Some of these things we might try to address ourselves but do not want to risk ruining the finish, we did clean up the mess in the yard. We paid them in full, we did not withhold any money at the end of the job to ensure they would return and fix any issues. If you contract with Vision, I recommend you hold back some money at the end until you are sure you are satisfied. We are not asking for a refund, we are asking for someone to come by to fix and address the issues. If Vision takes care of these things I will make note of it and amend this review. Exceptional workmanship repairing and replacing all the rotten wood siding on the outside of my house. Then painted the whole house and both my decks. Shout out to crew leader Cleber who was here everyday by 8am with his helper who both worked nonstop from the moment they arrived until they left. The exterior paint project looks amazing. Marcos as the owner, Marcelo as the project manager, and Eduardo and Vanusa as the team were absolutely terrific. Total pros. The outcome of the job [repainted 20-year old kitchen cabinets via spraying as well as painting the walls and ceilings] was outstanding. Everyone who's seen it says it looks like a new kitchen. They were prompt, courteous, communicative. Eduardo and Vanusa worked very hard to finish the project on time. Couldn't recommend them all more strongly. Before and after photos included.

Vision painting did a fabulous job with wood repairs, scraping, and painting of our beach house!

Had a really great experience with Vision Painting Co. Everything was done extremely efficiently from start to finish. The prices were very reasonable and an incredible value for the quality of work that was done. Marcelo did an absolutely incredible job. We are completely blown away by his work and how he transformed our home. We originally inquired about painting our kitchen cabinets. He did such an outstanding job that we asked him to do a few more projects. This included the ceiling in our livingroom, trim in the hallway and bathroom, hallway doors and the walls and trim of the laundry room. He was promptly on time everyday, explained what he would be working on at each step, worked meticulously painting, had an eye for every detail and cleaned up after each day. He was super nice, polite and respectful of our home. My whole family truly enjoyed our conversations with Marcelo. We already booked to have our deck painted when the warmer weather arrives and we also have a few more projects in mind that we would love to request to have Marcelo come back to do. We will be recommending to everyone we know the incredible job that Vision Painting Co does.

This was our second opportunity to to have Vision Painting at our home. First to paint the outside of our home this past summer, secondly to paint and trim our large master bedroom this winter. The team was very professional and efficient. They we super meticulous and cleaned up after each day. The project was completed on time and on budget. In 2021 winter, Mainor Zepeda from Watch City Construction built the fence for us.

Early 2022, we received a fine from the city of Waltham that we needed to cut our fence to a 3 foot maximum height since our house was at the road intersection. I didn't know this rule before and Mainor never mentioned that our fence would violate the city code. We asked him to cut the fence to <3ft, and were charged for $1500. He dumped the scrap fence material after finishing the work.

After the fence was cut to the right height, the city dropped the fine to $200. I paid for it. Mainor promised he would pay me back this $200 multiple times, and hasn't done it yet after more than a year.

watch city construction installed my sprinkler system and did a fantastic job. I worked with Mainor and he was extremely knowledgeable, reliable and very easy to work with. The job was finished on time (maybe a little early!) and was right on quote. I would 100% recommend Watch City and Mainor for their work!

They're very responsive, professional, always on time, and their prices are reasonable.

I hired Mainor and his team to do my landscaping work about 12 years ago. My yard is one acre, but he and his crew have been keeping it in tip-top shape ever since. Now he's expanding his business doing construction work. Recently, they changed the bathroom windows in my house and added drywalls to one of our bedrooms.

I highly recommend the team for any job you have around snow removal, landscaping and construction work.

Mainor is great - he has taken care of our lawn irrigation system for more than 10 years, and has always been responsive, efficient and thorough in his work. His prices have been fair, and he is pleasant to work with. I am happy to recommend him and Watch City.

We had a great experience with Homestead Inspection Service. I am buying a new house and this inspection was prior to my purchase. Massimo and his team were so thorough and professional....better than any other inspection I have ever had. They looked at everything and had a deep knowledge of the ins and outs of a house. In addition, their report came to me by the afternoon and was laid out so clearly that i was able to understand everything I needed to worry about now and those items that could be dealt with later.
