We saw them at the home show in Providence. We live in the Cowesset area of Warwick. Didn't realize we were being charged the electricians hourly rate for them to drive each way. They apparently thought at first it would take a day. It didn't. For the privilege of hiring them to do our electric work we paid @ $750.00 for them to commute for 2 days of 6 hour work days.

Technician showed up on time. He was very polite and professional. Quite knowledgeable and went right to work. Got generator started, ran some tests, diagnosed issues while doing scheduled preventative maintenance. Showed me where battery and ground clamp failed. Replaced battery and clamp on ground cable. When all work was done he had everything put back together, cleaned up area, made sure gate was locked. Very happy with Ralco and the work that was done today. I am very happy.

Just a quick note to Thank You for your attention to my issue and for the way you handled it (honestly didn’t expect the outcome I got but very happy) In the beginning I looked for a turnkey company to purchase my generator and you were about the only local company for the job. In retrospect I couldn’t have picked a better company - the sale is one part but the service after is the biggest thing you as a company have to offer.Everyone I have encountered in the organization has been absolutely professional and courteous in every way. You have a fantastic crew up and down the line and I know I couldn’t have done better at all. I congratulate you and all of the personnel I have dealt with to this point ( especially Zach - he is a winner). All I can say is THANK YOU for a perfect experience.
