first I'll say Bruce was a good guy who came out and gave me a good price and a respectable 2-3 week lead time. 7 weeks later my last few messages have gone unanswered and forced me to make other calls and now wait additional weeks to get my job done. they did give me 1 opportunity to get the job done on a random day but I was currently at work and unprepared to be ready for them to do the job with not even a days notice. Very disappointing as they came with a good reccomandation. week after week I was told we "we're working on the schedule for next week to fit you in" Never happened! whether your job is big or small, nobody should be pushed aside. you cant handle the work load be upfront and just say so. 7 weeks wasted and more to come waiting on other companies. Thanks for nothing
We used Nadeau Tree Service for tree removal and tree trimming. They were excellent! On time, professional, hard working, safety conscious and left the yard better than they found it. Would highly recommend!

We waited 8 weeks after we accepted the estimate from that "OTHER" guy (you may know who 🤔) then we got fed up! So we called NADEAU tree service and they came out here within only 10 days! They took down 3 Birch trees and cut the overhang from our neighbor's tree. Wood chipped everything, took it away, ground the stumps and cleaned up. Reasonably priced and courteous, fast service. If you need a tree service, call NADEAU first!
They have the "Wow! What great service!" factor. I tried to get quotes from other tree removal services to remove a 100' tree that was threatening my home and garage. The tree was not accessible from the street. Two vendors said they would come out and evaluate the project and then write a bid but never showed up for the promised walk-through. I gave up on the project and placed it on the back burner. One day I was driving to make a delivery for my business in a neighboring town. I saw a tree removal project in progress. I was attracted to the cleanliness of the work site as they were completing the removal of 3 tall trees. I pulled over hoping to get a business card and was greeted by the owner of Nadeau Tree Removal supervising his crew. I described my project and its location. We agreed that he would come over to my property for a quote after the end of the 3-day weekend we were heading into. 2 hours later, the owner was on my front lawn after calling me, dressed ready to start his 3-day weekend, but still taking the time to walk through my planned project to develop a quote. The quote was in my in-box the first business day after the 3-day weekend. The price was competitive. The project was executed flawlessly. No damage to the lot or the surrounding buildings that blocked access to the tree to be removed. I would definitely hire Nadeau Tree Removal again for my future tree removal needs. Thank you for the outstanding service and for the lessons in good customer care.
