Jake and the crew that came out were outstanding. They were fast and efficient and made a terrible situation with ice dams less stressful. From start to finish they have been so helpful with the process and very responsive anytime I asked a question. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Servpro as I was selling my house and mold appeared on the home inspection. We had an offer that was contingent upon the remediation in a timely manner. Ryan and his crew including James R snd Philipe we’re very response, they came right away on a weekend and removed all the water , treated and left equipment to dry then came right back again when it was discovered water still coming in! When it was time to come back they were right there, took care of final treatment and removed all their equipment promptly! Very pleased overall all with their service and professionalism 😌

Thankful to have had a team of people aide us in a time of sheer panic. With water in the basement and lots of damaged assets, Jake was able to assist us in the best course to take. Knowing exactly how to handle everything and getting his team in the house to start the job right away. The guys were here in a timely manor, very polite and efficient. Without their knowledge and skill we wouldn't have known how else to handle it. They took pride in their work and it shows! From here out this is the company I know our family can rely on.

Two weeks ago I walked into a less than favorable situation in my home. Within minutes of contacting SERVPRO, I had the regional Project Manager, Josh Raymond, on the line. Josh and his team were better than perfect. First of all, they were real, and empathetic. I NEVER felt pressured, or like I was being sold. Josh had legitimate concerns about my well-being and I could feel that through the process.

In regards to the process itself, Josh and his team were equally as amazing. Punctual, detail, clean and respectful. They helped bag and remove personal belongings, sanitize the entirety of the affected area and documented all their work making for a seamless transition for my insurance company/contractor assigned to the rebuild.

Josh Raymond. Can't say enough good things about this guy. When a situation like water damage occurs, you can't just stop life to address it. You still have work, social, and family obligations that dont just discontinue. In entrusted in Josh and his team to basically live at my house and keep me updated throughout. Josh called or texted me at least 5 times a day (per my request) with different updates; video, photos, processes etc. I never felt out of the loop, uniformed or helpless with Josh monitoring my property and his teams work there.

If, by chance, you experience a disaster such as mine, and you live on the south shore, you NEED to call SERVPRO Weymouth and ask specifically for Josh Raymond. He and his team literally saved my home.

They have been a true lifesaver. Jake has handled everything for me from the very beginning. He is in constant contact keeping me updated on all of the issues - water removal, airing out, removal of damaged material, contractor to redo the basement, insurance. Excellent company to deal with.

We had a skunk spray that got into our basement - tried everything (vinegar etc) still couldn’t get smell out - we called James from ServPro and him and his teamate Mike were able to remove smell !!! very professional and efficient!

My experience with SERVPRO was beyond positive! The expansion tank in my basement burst and flooded my entire basement ... this was beyond a nightmare for me as my basement had become a “catch all” for so much “stuff” over the years that I didn’t have time to tend to as I was caring for my dying father and juggling work and 2 children ... When It first happened I didn’t even want to put a claim in because I was too embarrassed for anyone to see it! But, when I saw the mold I had to put my pride aside and make the call. Josh and Sam were so cheerful, professional, and such a calming presence! They came in, had a plan, and very quickly executed the job and got it done ... I don’t have a single complaint! ... Great job to the whole team who took part in this clean up! 👍🏼.

Sandra Cook was professional, pleasant, and helpful as she has been in all my encounters with her over the years. Ryan Berriault was competent, courteous, and personable. However, phone calls received from "Mike" were insulting and offensive. In early August,
he inquired when he could expect the money owed since October. I had never received a bill and I believe "Mike" said they never sent one. This was not surprising as (1) There had been no arrangement regarding replacement of a ceiling fixture which had been dropped and smashed by the workers and (2) drapes which had been left crumpled on the kitchen floor and, therefore, required cleaning had not been returned. I sent a check that day or the day after. Some 10 days later "Mike " called saying "Where's my money? " and refusing to return my drapes until the check was received. Sandra Cook called the next day to say that the check had come in.

I have used ServPro twice due to water leaks in my condo. They were responsive and took care of the problems. Mike, the owner ie especially responsive and professional. The crews were respectful of my property and did a good job with the clean up each day they were here, and when they were finished. I recommend ServPro if you have a water leak.

Jake showed up right away when I experienced water damage above my kitchen. He was professional, friendly, and well dressed! Very handsome! The job was done quicker than I could’ve ever hoped and everyone at Servpro made it a painless process.

Highly recommend Servpro in Weymouth! I had a basement ceiling that I had put off taking down. I called three diffent companies to get quotes etc. Servpro hands down was the best! I had called the office and spoke to Samantha, she was extreme informative and was able to answer all my questions. As the process continued, she went above and beyond with great customer service. Josh, the project manger came out to my house to give me a quote. He was on time (wearing a mask) very professional. He explained the process and options I may have. Ben and James came out the following day to do the work. They both were professional and worked nonstop! They left everying completely spotless; Josh also showed up to make sure everything was being completed. My only regret is that I wish I had called them sooner.

Servpro Weymouth came out to do work on my house after we had a flood. James explained everything amd went over all the details with me so I understood the scope of the project. The flood was really devastating and overwhelming but the Servpro crew made the cleanup aspect much less stressful.

This team was superb! I experienced two floods of over 7.5 feet within 65 days. For the first flood, I went with a different company. Big mistake! This ServPro franchise truly cared. Roberto, Mikaela, Linda, and the gentlemen who did much of the labor went out of their way to restore things at my home quickly and professionally. I knew I was in good hands. They were human -- showed compassion and made my house right. I can't recommend them enough.

We used Servpro of Weymouth to do interior repairs to our living room ceiling after a roof leak. Their workers were all very professional and the job was done without any interruption to our household. Very happy with the outcome, we will be recommending them to family and friends.

We used ServPro Weymouth and they were absolutely wonderful. It was a rough job, removing 4 inches of water from a boiler room, ripping up carpet and subfloor, as well as 2 ft up on the walls to control any mold concerns. Ryan our project manager was attentive to all the details, but I have to give extra praise to Ben, Damion and Freddy who worked tirelessly on making sure that everything was done in a timely, neat and professional manner.
Of course we hope nothing like this every happens again, but if it does we would call ServPro Weymouth in a heartbeat, and request this team to assist us. Mike Yeomans you should be very proud of these 4 men!

Servepro was at my home within a half an hour of my flood. Jake M was the project manager and was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and really walked me through timing and what to expect. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process. It is a stressful situation but I felt that I was in good hands throughout the process because they are so competent efficient and knowledgeable. highly recommend if you find yourself in this situation!
