We were so pleased with how quickly they came out to get things cleaned up after a fire in our kitchen. By the time they left, everything was clean and smelled great. Pat, Cole, and Antonio were all fantastic to work with!

One of our apartments had a major water leak on Labor Day! I called ServPro, and Matt answered. He sent out Eddy and Jesus. When they got to the apartment, they reacted quickly, efficiently and professionally. They were there as soon as they could, set up the heavy-duty vacuums, and helped us out with everything else that needed to be done.

Cole and John were quick to arrive when we had water flooding our basement. They were professional, efficient and helped us to be calm throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The initial response was very quick. Came the night of the flood. Got the estimate the next day and began cleaning the day after. Crew was professional, courteous and efficient. They checked to see if we were satisfied before finishing.

Their expertise allows them to properly mitigate the damages and provide the ease of mind the rarely happens during a loss event. I highly recommend them.

I received excellent service from SSFFM for mitigating a serious mold problem in my Attic. My project manager, Roberto was very professional, communicated well and coordinated all issues among his technicians, insurance adjuster, third-party contractor and myself. The on-site technicians were very professional, timely and respectful of my home. They took special care in covering the floors and stairs while accessing the attic and were diligent in wearing proper protective gear during the Covid-19 Pandemic period.

It’s interesting to finally get a response here, considering our repeated calls and emails over an extended period went completely unanswered. Since you mention to my colleague ( Barbara Jones) we should “reach out directly,” perhaps you could clarify where exactly that is supposed to be, because the phone numbers and emails we’ve been contacting were either ignored or conveniently unavailable.

If you are genuinely interested in resolving this matter (which so far has not been reflected in your actions), kindly provide us with the correct point of contact who will actually respond. Otherwise, your message reads more like damage control than a real attempt at resolution.

We’ll be awaiting your actual direction this time.

SERVPRO of Quincy’s mitigation and reconstruction teams were amazing! My insurance company recommended them, and I’m so glad they did.
