Had project partially completed and partially paid for. When I spoke with the owner, he said he would personally fix the issue but it’s been over two weeks with multiple unanswered phone calls and our sink is starting to back up. Do not recommend this place as they are highly unreliable and lack initiative.

I called Noll Electric the other day to find a problem with my circuit breakers. They were here within an hour of my call. These teck's fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I was thrilled. Service was great, price was reasonable, and I would call them again in a heartbeat. I can't speak to their driving skills but who cares, my electricity is on.

I have been in the Construction Management industry for 20 years and have dealt with many contractors. With that said, Noll Electric is a first rate electric company run by Don Noll who does excellent work at great prices, especially for a blue collar vicinity like the South Shore. I felt like Noll Electric had my back through the process of correcting a short in a circuit that was difficult to find, in a house that is 130 years old. Noll did it is two hours. I was very satisfied.

I was looking for someone to both install and service a generator at my house, and a good friend who is an Electrician recommended Electrician Don Noll, owner of Mass Generators. I found it very easy to talk to Don about various generators and options, and he was very upfront about everything. Within a few days he came by my house to do a site visit, discuss my expectations, as well as the best way to set things up. While we were going through the house, I mentioned that my wife's sewing room could use another outlet, and he took a look and said it would be no problem to throw that in while he was there. After he emailed me a proposal, I had a few questions, and he had no problem chatting with me on the phone about everything and making sure I was at ease with the decision to move forward.

As for the work, he was here promptly when he said he would be, and as he was getting things prepped for the job, his assistant arrived and they got right to work. They were both friendly, courteous, and professional. All said and done, everything was completed as we had discussed, and in a clean and professional manner. He went over the operation of the generator and the transfer switch with me, and suggested I also read the manuals and to be sure to contact him if I had any questions.

I have nothing but praise for Don, as well as his crew, and I highly recommend him.
