Our tech Jacob showed up in the time frame we were told and did a great job removing the stains in the carpets. I couldn't believe the difference in the colors once the carpets were cleaned. He was very polite and efficient too!

So we brought a rug in to be cleaned before my mom came home from the hospital. A few weeks later still no rug and i was told that the guy who cleans them was out. A few weeks later still no rug. The manager told me it would be cleaned and told us that he would comp the whole thing (rug AND pad). He was a little gruff but in the end did the right thing. That was about 3 years ago.....All of a sudden this year, beginning several months ago, we began receiving invoices and multiple phone calls about the "overdue balance". I was told by the manager that, well, that guy doesn't work there anymore. Ummm, so? How is that my problem? The manager said I wasn't told the rug was free; just the pad. Yes, I know exactly what the manager told me as we always pay our bills and I remember the phone call exactly. At this point its the principal - I ended up paying the 123.00 but will note the shoddy customer service and be sure to tell others about our experience.

It’s been many years since I’ve gotten my two braided area rugs cleaned so they needed extra care. Kennedy Carpet was able to get out some longstanding stains and odors out of the rugs. They look like new again.
