Excellent! I hadn’t use them in years. I hired them to clean the carpets, an area rug, and a recliner at my house and my parent’s house. They were better than their competitors by scheduling quick appointments, price, and the quality of work including persistent stains.

Tech showed up right as scheduled - was very informative and walked us through the process. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Very happy with the results. Jackson was excellent!!

I feel like the price went way up since our last carpet cleaning. With that being said, Kennedy does a wonderful job. They are always very accomodating and the two guys that delivered couldn t have been more polite and nicer. They should get an A+ for their service!

I called Kennedy Carpet and someone was out the next day to measure. We worked out the best solution for the room and their suggestions were spot on. I agreed to them doing the work immediately. They know what they are doing. The installers came out and taught me a lot by explaining answers to my questions. It was very apparent they were very skilled at what they were doing.

We were very pleased with out experience with Kennedy. They told us from the get go that they could not guarantee the odor removal would work, but it did! The service man was polite and efficient - I would use them again in the future with no hesitation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their work, their professionalism and their price. Not to say I had doubts about them, but more so that I had doubts of the absolute disaster I brought into their facilities. Two rugs that were in a fire - one of which was completely covered in ash, soot, and water, both stunk up my car in the way in and another giant shaggy rug that was fending for its life after being stored in a moldy basement. We all had our doubts, I signed a few waivers to protect them, and they hit it out of the park. 3 for 3. Thank you! Great work.

Excellent service ALWAYS. They clean my carpets well especially since I have several dogs. My experience is that they are always on time for appointments, offer more reasonable prices than other companies and have excellent communuication with the customer. This time I added cleaning my leather furniture and I was not disappointed; amazing job. I highly recommend them!!!

Sofa had extensive water damage from ice dam leaking. Tech was on time, pleasant and quick. All the stains were removed! Very happy customer!!

Before I got moura cleaning my house it was a complete MESS. And I’ve been with them through out 3 years. I appreciate every hour they take of their day to clean peoples houses leave a smile on their faces.

I recently moved to a new condominium in what is a new area for me. I would prefer to have hired a cleaning company that was referred to me but I couldn’t find a referral. I found Jose and Angela. They came to my condo for a meeting and I felt comfortable with them and hired them.
They come in, I leave for my work day, they do their work, I later come home and since it looks great I pay them. I’m very happy with their work and I trust them in my home while I’m not there.
You would do well to hire Jose and Angela.

I used up countless hours attempting to rectify a food dye disaster caused by my child. To put it simply, there was dye splattered everywhere - rugs, nursing chair, bed, and so on. We diligently followed all the online instructions for stain removal, but to no avail. Eventually, we brought in a professional carpet cleaning service, and they were beyond exceptional. I can't recommend their services enough! They demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. By the time Nolan, Landon, and Earl had finished their work, there wasn't a trace of the food dye disaster left. Top marks for them!

i would give 100 stars if possible! landon is an expert when it comes to carpet cleaning and repair. he took care of three antique oriental carpets and a french needlepoint rug for us, and they all came out spotless. one of the oriental rugs had a badly worn fringe, which he removed and had the edge neatly bound instead. pickup, delivery, and installation were all very smooth—we didn’t have to move any furniture, and everything was put back exactly where it belonged. the price was fair considering the outstanding service. highly recommended!

Just a few days later, I had another mishap while opening gifts when some black eye shadow crumbled onto my lovely high-pile rug that had just been cleaned. They offered me an excellent deal on cleaning three rooms. Nolan worked quickly and neatly, finishing the job in no time.
